We booked a junior suite with seaview. The room does have a nice view and is organized nicely. It was nice to see slippers robes and some amenities. However there was no phone in the room to call front desk for problems we had to go down to the front desk. The AC didn’t work at all and even after “fixing” it we found it wasn’t cooling the room enough. This hotel needs some refurbishing and the front desk staff can learn to be more friendly. They seem cold and as though they could care less if you have an issue. It’s too bad because it’s in a lovely place and has great potential.

The hotel has a good location, pleasant views, and a comfortable bed. We slept well during our one-night transit stay. However, the shower did not drain properly, which caused water to collect in the bathroom. We contacted the front desk that evening to report the issue and request the missing amenities, but unfortunately, no one responded or followed up. As we were staying for only one night, we managed. Had we planned a longer stay, we would have requested a different room and expected considerably more attention to our needs. The property itself has good potential, but the reception team needs to respond more promptly and take guests’ requests seriously.

I had a great stay and was consistently impressed by the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Despite my inability to speak Greek, everyone went out of their way to help and make me feel comfortable. During my visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Anna, who shared the story of the hotel's ongoing evolution and future plans. It was clear how much pride and care she puts into creating a memorable guest experience. Conversations like that make a stay feel less like a hotel visit and more like being welcomed into a community.

Localisation of the hotel is pleasant. I had a double room view on mountains. The air conditioning did not work in the room. The bathroom is poor lit and poor lit soundproofed. The service at the pool bar is not friendly, probably due to the presnece of a holiday club antenna. This presence lowers the standing of the hotel that deserves o renovation

Getting to the hotel was fine, and I have to admit the property itself is beautiful, with gorgeous scenery and spacious rooms. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives mostly end. The room I was given, Room 419, had a very distinctive and unpleasant smell — like a dirty mop that had been sitting around for days. It was a strong, musty, almost moldy smell that immediately made the room uncomfortable. I called the staff and asked someone to come clean the room or at least provide something I could use to freshen it up. Two hours passed and nobody showed up. I called again, and eventually a housekeeper came about 30 minutes later and sprayed some air freshener. I asked if she could leave the spray in the room because of the persistent smell, but she said she couldn’t and took it with her. Needless to say, the smell remained. I complained to the front desk again, hoping they would offer to move me to another room. So far, nothing. The restaurant was another disappointment. The restaurant wasn’t even particularly busy, yet getting a table took far too long. Once seated, I had to repeatedly get someone’s attention just to receive basic service. I had to get up and find a waitress to get a menu, then wait a long time to order. I had to get up again to ask for salt and pepper — she misunderstood and brought only pepper, so I had to get up again to ask for salt. When I wanted dessert, I once again had to get out of my chair and find someone to bring me a menu. Then, after waiting, I had to wave her down again just to place my dessert order. And when the bill arrived, the first thing I was asked was whether I wanted to leave a tip. Absolutely not. A tip is for good service, and unfortunately, I didn’t receive that. The hotel staff are friendly enough, but I wouldn’t describe the service as exceptional. They do what they’re supposed to do, but there is no sense of attentiveness or urgency when a guest has a problem. It’s only my first day here, and unfortunately, the experience has already been enough for me to say: Would I stay here again? Never.
