Bit isolated but you can walk a good distance down by the beach, every thing seems well managed other than meal times in the main restaurant which is a bit chaotic with no staff member at front of house and tables needed to be cleared by ourselves ( more staff ). Food ok with plenty of choice but drinks situ not the best due to no table waiters so a lot of people walking around carrying there own, also queues form at the main bar thou staff there do work hard & happy to serve. The pools are fab as is the waterpark which we all very much enjoyed. Rooms all good and the beds are are excellent, sunloungers always available and all areas are spotlessly clean. I was surprised there didn't appear to any bike hire availability. Overall we had a great holiday but probably wouldn't return.

The hotel its self is beautifully clean, well presented out however not worth the money. The food is very repetitive, the drinks are not brilliant choice and the staff are not very friendly. Entertainment is terrible from the reps, however the saxophonist and singer is very good but it’s every night so again very repetitive. We paid extra for a shared swim up room, however you can only use it until 5.30 (states pool open until 6 but the life guards continually shut the pools from 5.30). We took our 1 year old who was not allowed in the pool for the first 6 days due to having no arm bands. We explained to the staff they can barely walk let alone swim therefore we would never let go or leave them unattended in the pool, the staff refused to let us get it. This is the same for the water park. We tried to purchase arm bands but both the hotel and sister hotel only sold size 3 years plus. We paid for a taxi to go to the local supermarket, again they didn’t sell the size. We raised this with both the Tui rep and guests relations at the hotel, neither of which was very helpful. Finally on day 6 after continually arguing with both the rep and hotel staff they agreed we could take our baby into the pool, as long as we held onto them. However we werestill harassed by the life guards and continually being watched so was not a relaxing holiday. There are no signs around the pools to advise of the arm band rules but the life guards inforced this. Again there is no signs on the hotel website, Tui website or app for the hotel. The hotel is in a very remote location, I would recommend hiring a car to be able to explore. Personally I would say this hotel is more of a 3 star and I wouldn’t recommend it Esspically if you are travelling with children.

The hotel is definitely not 5 star what lets it down is the food it gets very repetitive by the end of the week, the lady who puts the food out is very rude and they have serious problems with flies in the restaurant, The pools are lovely and no sun bed wars 👍🏻 but the beach is different you have to get up early to get one there😡😵💫told the manager this and he said I was a liar 😂 we watched them from our room put towels on the beds and return about 3 hours later see the photos taken at 7.30 am. The entertainment is ok , not much for the teenagers to do but ok for adults, overall it’s ok but I would not return for the money we paid👎🏻
