Lovely hotel, very clean. Regularly received new towels and bedding during our stay. Staff very friendly. Whenever we need anything in the room it arrived promptly. Some lifeguards were a bit grumpy. The ladies in the Aqua park were amazing with my boys and the twin life guards so friendly and helpful, my boys loved going to the pool where they were. Food repetitive but most all inclusive are. Maybe some themed nights or a BBQ outside would help with different foods. Kids entertainment was so bad and so repetitive, only suitable for three year olds. All the older children 6+ played football outside the bar on the grass but an area designed for this would be better as the ball kept spilling drinks or just make the entertainment better!

We had an amazing seven night stay here at the beginning of August. I am honestly struggling to see the reasons behind the negative reviews. The only slight niggles were that we were unable to book into the Italian and that we often found tables weren't layed when we came down to dinner. The Greek restaurant was fabulous. My 8 year old was thrilled that he got to try the octopus, which he said was delicious. We found the food of a very high standard at every meal time. The grounds are stunning and the rooms are spotless. All members of staff were friendly and especially the two girls at the water park who were very professional in looking after my son when he cut his toe. It is remote, but we booked a boat trip with Captain Kostas from Nikiti Cruises. We booked this in advance as he gets booked up. This was a big highlight for us. We used grab it taxis to get to the harbour in Nikiti. The boat trip, including taxi transfers was 230 euros and worth every penny. We had a great week here and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking about coming

Very nice hotel and clean, small water park on site, we had a swim up room, although these are shared in blocks. The hotel is isolated, you will need a taxi to get anywhere, not ideal to walk around at night as very dark. Beach front with private beach, you need to pay extra €45 - €55 if you want the gazebo service on the beach, along with water sports €80 for jet ski 15 minutes, €50 for motorised small boat. Food was very basic, although always options, lots of pork dishes, pizza’s, salads, did not vary on a night to night, no theme night, other than option of booking the Greek or Italian once per stay. Breakfast was poor, although lunch time you could eat in 2 separate locations with nice selections on offer. Drinks are not branded and everything is on draft. Entertainment is limited and not available on Wednesday, the evening entertainment is done by the same daytime entertainment staff, cheesy, although they try their best. There is no football or playing area in the grounds. The pools, inc shared swim up pools and water park is closed at 6.00pm every night and roped off, no life guards available! The staff are polite and helpful, the grounds are lovely too. This is not intended to be a negative review, I am just outlining what we encountered, we would return , although, only on a shorter visit, flight time from UK is just over 2 and half hours.

Great all-in hotel, you will not be dissapointed. You will not find a better hotel fot this price.

We stayed as part of a large group to celebrate a wedding. The hotel is spotless. The rooms are very well presented and comfortable, they are well seviced by the cleaning staff on a daily basis. There is a large main pool and toddler pool, and another 3 pools around the complex, There is also a waterpark, with bar/snack bar. Main buffet restaurant for Breakfast and dinner, with dedicated children's buffet. 2 restaurants for lunch which open for booked al-a-carte dinner, on a few evenings week. There is also a snack bar by the main pool. Serving lots of items, and ice cream. Evening entertainment is in the amphitheatre at front of the hotel, and also next to main bar. Bars - main bar, bar by pool, bar by the beach and also at amphitheatre. There is a pool/beach towel kiosk, indoor pool, gym and spa, and onsite shop. There was never a problem getting a sunbed We had an amazing time. We found the food great. Drinks were plentiful, and the staff all very friendly and helpful. A little remote, but pub up the road if you want a change of scenery. You can get a taxi to local town.
