A perfect hotel , excellent location near bars and restaurants. Right on the beach . The hotel is spotless. The service is second to none . I would highly recommend staying here . We stayed for 4 weeks and didn’t want to come home .

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful this hotel is. From the welcome to leaving it was one of the best experiences ever. When we arrived, we was greeted by Katy, she was absolutely fantastic, sat us down, got complimentary drinks and provided so much information whilst out cases to our room. Katy then showed us the round the hotel and escorted us to our room. When we arrived at the room we were absolutely stunned, they had only laid rose petals everywhere and gave a Anniversary Cake and a bottle of bubbles. The room was well equipped with a mini bar, Bluetooth speaker coffee machine, kettle, iron and Ironing board, robes, slippers and a safe. It had a marble sink in the bathroom and a excellent shower and too class products, the bed was huge and pillows and bedding so comfortable. There was a patio outside the room which overlooked the pool and sea. And we lso had two sun loungers. We only had food at the buffet and it was fantastic, such a varied selection, we never failed to find something we liked every day. And never felt the need to go to the other restaurant. We upgraded to to the Haute lounge, And that was amazing. The snacks which changed throughout the day were awesome and so fresh, drinks alcoholic and soft were proper known brands and the fridges were regularly topped up, well worth upgrading too. Highly recommended. The pool area was very clean and well looked after, the water was clear and not to cold, the beach area was also incredible and the sea was cold and went deep very quickly. All the staff, every single one of them we just the best so friendly, polite and helpful. The thing that we would like the hotel to improve is the entertainment. Not much going on and not for a long enough ,just a couple of hours. The Sax, trumpet players were amazing and also were the DJs. It was all to mellow, was hoping to have something to dance too. The Horte longe and the Bars shut to early, most nights we were in bed by 23:30. In all a complete and absolutely beautiful week of sunshine and relaxing. Thanks to all at the hotel that made our stay so special, you really did go above and beyond t make sure are stay was nearly perfect. We are looking to return again next May and hope to see you all again Take care Sean and Dee

This is an amazing hotel to stay in. We paid a little extra for the Haute Living experience. Which means that our breakfast and dinner were free and we had access to the Haute living room. A lovely space to maybe get away from the sun, enjoy some quiet time etc. In the room there are fridges with complimentary drinks and snacks are provided and changed through out the day. We were greeted at the hotel by the lovely Kiki. We were given a complimentary Greek tea on arrival with honey in it. Perfect after having a long day of travelling. While we were being shown around the facilities, our suitcases were being prepped to go up to our hotel room. The staff here are so friendly and helpful. Anything you need or questions you have,they were happy to help us. I mean everyone. The pool staff were lovely. All you had to do was scan the QR code on your umbrella to order food and drinks and they’ll send it over. I even had a few moments where as I picked my lounger, a staff member would come over and ask if I wanted my umbrella up and they did it for me. Which was really nice because the umbrellas are quite tall and I’m short, so that was really helpful and kind of them. The wait staff for breakfast and dinner were also really friendly and felt like we got to know them the longer we stayed there. We stayed in a junior ivory suite, which had a great side view of the sea, and the sun rose from our balcony in the morning. Our bed was so comfortable and we were given a few little complimentary Greek snacks on arrival to the room. The buffet breakfast and dinners were exceptional, with plenty of choice and it was all presented beautifully. Food was constantly refreshed as well. Some nights had better selections than others, but I think that’s down to what your personal preferences are when it comes to food. The nights with less choice, personally, still filled my husband and myself with food. With breakfast and dinner, don’t forget the outside kitchen area that also does a small food selection. It took us a day or two to realise it was there. The pool area was so relaxing. We went at the end of May, so I’m not sure if this is an off peak thing, or not, but I loved how quiet and respectful all the guests were. People were there to just have a relaxing experience and enjoy the pool, and that definitely showed. There were different areas that you could lounge in as well. You could stay by the pool, or there was a quiet zone between the beach and the pool, and then there was the little private beach that is part of the hotel. Not to mention there are all the sofas, chairs, bar stools in and around the hotel. The hotel cleanliness overall was an extremely high standard. The lobby, corridors, rooms were immaculate. Room service was when you needed it, which was a great eco-friendly touch to save them changing and washing towels everyday. We had a few spa treatments on our second to last day there. We booked them the day before and we were given recommendations depending on what kind of treatment we wanted. You can have a full treatment, with an extra bonus as well. So I had ‘Yes, Honey’, which is a full body massage and facial, with an additional hot stone massage incorporated into it. My husband had a deep tissue massage with an extra foot scrub. These were amazing! Probably the best massages we had ever had. They were a little pricey, but completely worth it! Overall, we had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Even after one day, my husband and I were planning when we could come back. I cannot recommend this place enough. It was so relaxing and the standard of service from the staff is exceptional. A beautiful hotel that we will come back to again and again. Thank you to everyone at this hotel for making our stay there so enjoyable.

Excellent location adjacent to beach. Aesthetically pleasing buildings, poolside, and gardens. Well appointed rooms. Extensive selection at buffet dinner, and good optional extra cost Italian restaurant. Attentive and friendly staff - all small issues were immediately addressed. Good value especially if visiting before the main tourism season.

We had a fantastic stay at Domes Noruz Kassandra and would happily return. The food was a real highlight—excellent quality, great variety, and consistently well presented. The buffet restaurant in particular was very well run, even during busy times, which reflects excellent management. A special mention goes to Gioula, who was friendly, very efficient, and highly attentive throughout our meals. She really enhanced our experience. Overall, the staff were welcoming and helpful, making our stay smooth, relaxing, and thoroughly enjoyable.
