The hotel is exceptional, with beautiful surroundings, elegant spaces, a wonderful atmosphere, and a very high standard of hospitality. However, what truly makes a difference are the people who work there. I would especially like to mention Apostoliana, who works at the restaurant/bar. From the very first moment, she stood out for her kindness, warm smile, positive attitude, and professionalism. She was always willing to help and made us feel not simply like guests, but genuinely welcomed and special. What we appreciated most was her incredible attention to detail. She remembered our preferences, understood what we needed before we even asked, and was always there with a sincere smile and a kind word. Her positive energy and the way she treats guests are truly remarkable. Apostoliana is one of those people who doesn’t simply do her job — she creates experiences and leaves guests with beautiful memories. She is a real asset to Domes Noruz Kassandra and deserves every bit of praise. A huge thank you for the wonderful hospitality and, in particular, to Apostoliana for her professionalism, kindness, and exceptional service. We are leaving with the very best impressions and will definitely be back!

Very nice beach hotel in village of Chanioti with private beach for hotel guests only and many swimming pools. Stayed in junior suite, room was very clean and spacey. Hotel staff are all very polite and professional. Hotel offers half board option if you choose it, with good selection of greek and international dishes. The service at dinner was somehow a bit hectic, not enough detail for a 5* hotel. But after mentioning it to F&B manager they said they will work on it. Good response Coming again to this hotel soon so we will see if hotel is keeping up with their promises!!! ;)

Wonderful stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We travelled from Stockholm, Sweden, and had a wonderful stay at Domes Noruz Kassandra. Our room was beautiful, clean and luxurious, and the whole hotel had a wonderful atmosphere. There was a small issue with our room when we arrived, but the staff were very accommodating and did their best to make sure we were happy and comfortable. A special thank you to the guys serving us at the beach and by the pool. They were incredibly friendly, attentive and made our stay even more enjoyable. ❤️ We truly enjoyed our holiday and would happily come back again!

I strongly recommend staying away from this hotel. I genuinely don’t understand the positive reviews here. The hotel is of a very low standard, and I have no idea how it was awarded five stars. The rooms are subpar, the property is very small and poorly maintained, and it definitely does not have the look or feel of a five-star hotel. The beach area is tiny—just a narrow strip. Both breakfast and dinner were limited and of poor quality, the dishes and cutlery were not clean, the grass was overgrown, and there were many other small issues. We booked three nights but chose to leave after the first night. They refused to refund even a single dollar, which is not how a self-respecting hotel should treat its guests. The surrounding area is also deserted and uninteresting, but beyond that, the hotel itself is simply not an enjoyable experience and gives you no reason to want to stay. If you are looking for a premium experience, check very carefully—because this is definitely not it.
