Our family had a truly wonderful and memorable stay. A special thank you to Yaunes, the Guest Relations Manager, whose professionalism, kindness, and genuine attention made our experience even more enjoyable. Yaunes was always available whenever we needed assistance. He listened carefully to our requests and went above and beyond to ensure that every member of our family felt comfortable and well cared for. His warm personality and dedication made us feel like truly valued guests. The entire hotel staff was also very friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. We sincerely appreciate the excellent hospitality we received and would gladly recommend this hotel to others. We hope to return again in the future!

Luxury hotel is very nice, with good position and beautiful natural, incredibly sunsets. All rooms are with sea view and you sea everything 🌍. In the room you have (for me) very important thing - iron 🙈, bad and pillow are 👍, and its very quiet. Cleanliness may be better 🙊. Staff is very polite, especially golf car gays, beach gay Jackson 👋 , water park gay and nice gril at the bar in water park. Water park is 🏄 very good 👌. A la carte restorans have very delicious food. And the end - good vacation 🥂🍾.

This is our third consecutive year at Ajul Zeus, and this time, I can see there is significant room for improvement.The rooms in particular need attention: there was a moldy smell in the bathroom (which has no window), damaged walls, faulty light switches, and a broken iron.The food was pretty much the same every day, and the service leaves a lot to be desired this year. The water park was poorly maintained, featuring dirty water, insects, and leaves.On the beach, however, it was exceptionally quiet. We found brand-new sunbeds, clean towels, and excellent service at the beach bar. It was quite clean, and we would like to give a special thanks to Jackson.

Our room was lovely and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. The service was excellent, and the whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️
