Canale Hotel & Suites

Due to a canceled flight we were allocated a very short night here , all I can say is we wish it had been for longer , it is a absolutely beautiful place from the exceptionally modern spotless interior to the breakfast well there are no words for that , felt guilty leaving it there was so much ! The staff couldn't do enough for us , especially the ladies on reception in the morning amazingly helpful and very caring thank you !! the only negative was that we had to leave when we did ... we would of loved to of stay for longer , hopefully we will be back and will 100% be booking here . If you are staying in Argostelli then definitely book you wont be disappointed.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, our experience was truly delightful. The hotel had a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were greeted with refreshments upon arrival, and every interaction was marked by genuine smiles, warmth, and a sincere willingness to help. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wonderful selection and exceptionally friendly staff. On our last day we had an early ferry to catch, we were thoughtfully provided with a breakfast box to take with us, which made our morning so much easier and was a gesture we truly appreciated. Throughout our stay, we also received excellent recommendations from the staff, which helped make our visit even more enjoyable. Every detail reflected the hotel’s commitment to outstanding hospitality. If we were to mention one small area for improvement, it would be that the pillows could have been a little more comfortable. Aside from that, everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We would be delighted to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a relaxing stay.

From the moment we arrived, we instantly felt ourselves relax – this hotel really is a peaceful oasis. Jerry was there to greet us, expertly taking care of parking the car and our luggage, while the wonderful Maria welcomed us with a refreshing cold drink and the warmest smile. It was the perfect start to our stay. Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and had absolutely everything we could have needed and more. The location couldn't be better, with stunning sea views and just a short stroll to the town's fantastic restaurants, cafés, and shops. Breakfast was a highlight every morning. There was an incredible selection of fresh pastries, fruit, local specialities, and artisan breads, before you even got to the delicious cooked breakfast menu. Angela made every breakfast feel extra special with her exceptional service, warmth, and genuine friendliness. A special thank you also to the housekeeping team, who kept our room and the hotel immaculate throughout our stay. Their attention to detail never went unnoticed. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and it was the little touches that made all the difference. I am going to keep this review short and sweet. The customer service at this hotel is the best I have experienced during 50 years of travelling around the world. Small but beautiful hotel. Just do it.

Can only agree with all the other reviews about this hotel. From the moment you arrive you are treated like a precious member of the family. It’s quiet, unassuming and welcoming. We booked a jacuzzi room and were upgraded to a suite…The room is beautiful and smells divine as do the public areas, everything is clean and has a new feeling about it. The breakfast is wonderful and plentiful but it’s the staff who are the real stars…we don’t want to single any of them out and the hotel owners should be very proud of each and every one of their staff. They arranged hire car, boat trip, taxis, special meal to celebrate our stay and made suggestions for other trips. We truly did not want to leave and the hugs we received when our taxi arrived felt genuine and warm. We cannot express just how wonderful this hotel is. A couple of tips ….. the beach bar is no longer free and at €40 euros for lounges and umbrella is expensive if you did it every day….. hire a car and find your own beaches it works out just as cheap and you get to see the beautiful island. The roads are easy to navigate and empty most of the time….. walk into the town approximately 5 minutes strolling and you’ll be spoilt for choice for bars and restaurants….. although the Vine right next door to Canale does serve stunning food and are very knowledgeable about wine so well worth a visit…….. If the world wasn’t so big we would return time and time again to Canale so do yourselves a favour and book soon!!!!
