Canale Hotel & Suites

Wow! My husband and I have just spent two nights at Canale Hotel. It is quite simply, one of the best hotel experiences that we have ever had. The bedroom is sleek, luxurious and spotlessly clean. The bed is super comfortable too. The whole experience is elevated even further by the staff. Every single memeber of The Canale Team were incredible. We felt extremely well looked after. The level of attentiveness is pitched perfectly, from being presented with iced water each time you enter the lobby and pool to the turn down service or to remembering your breakfast preferences. The pool was exceptional. It was a welcome cool down after a hot day of sight-seeing. It was private and we were often the only two people in there. They also advised on and booked for us a private four hour tour of the Island, which was fantastic. We can't thank you enough for making our stay so memorable. Thank you. Sarah and Craig.

Due to a canceled flight we were allocated a very short night here , all I can say is we wish it had been for longer , it is a absolutely beautiful place from the exceptionally modern spotless interior to the breakfast well there are no words for that , felt guilty leaving it there was so much ! The staff couldn't do enough for us , especially the ladies on reception in the morning amazingly helpful and very caring thank you !! the only negative was that we had to leave when we did ... we would of loved to of stay for longer , hopefully we will be back and will 100% be booking here . If you are staying in Argostelli then definitely book you wont be disappointed.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, our experience was truly delightful. The hotel had a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were greeted with refreshments upon arrival, and every interaction was marked by genuine smiles, warmth, and a sincere willingness to help. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wonderful selection and exceptionally friendly staff. On our last day we had an early ferry to catch, we were thoughtfully provided with a breakfast box to take with us, which made our morning so much easier and was a gesture we truly appreciated. Throughout our stay, we also received excellent recommendations from the staff, which helped make our visit even more enjoyable. Every detail reflected the hotel’s commitment to outstanding hospitality. If we were to mention one small area for improvement, it would be that the pillows could have been a little more comfortable. Aside from that, everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We would be delighted to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a relaxing stay.

From the moment we arrived, we instantly felt ourselves relax – this hotel really is a peaceful oasis. Jerry was there to greet us, expertly taking care of parking the car and our luggage, while the wonderful Maria welcomed us with a refreshing cold drink and the warmest smile. It was the perfect start to our stay. Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and had absolutely everything we could have needed and more. The location couldn't be better, with stunning sea views and just a short stroll to the town's fantastic restaurants, cafés, and shops. Breakfast was a highlight every morning. There was an incredible selection of fresh pastries, fruit, local specialities, and artisan breads, before you even got to the delicious cooked breakfast menu. Angela made every breakfast feel extra special with her exceptional service, warmth, and genuine friendliness. A special thank you also to the housekeeping team, who kept our room and the hotel immaculate throughout our stay. Their attention to detail never went unnoticed. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and it was the little touches that made all the difference. We left feeling completely refreshed and already looking forward to returning. Truly a five star experience! Chris & Nici Martin

I am going to keep this review short and sweet. The customer service at this hotel is the best I have experienced during 50 years of travelling around the world. Small but beautiful hotel. Just do it.
