Celestial Hotel Luxury Suites and Spa

We are just coming to the end of our holiday at Celestial All Suites, and it has been wonderful! Firstly the accommodation is just stunning, we have one of the Honeymoon Suites with a plunge pool, the room is spacious, really comfortable and the sun terrace with beds, chairs and pool is very special and really welcome in the current heat. Diana and Katarina on reception have been so helpful, booking restaurants and trips for us and then remembering to ask how it has all gone, nothing has been too much trouble. Nicole and Panos have been great at breakfast, again nothing is too much trouble and they are always attentive and friendly. Breakfast choice is wide with a great selection of hot, continental and fruit on offer at the buffet with additional egg dishes available to order. The pool area really is as good as the photos show, always plenty of beds available in sun and shade and so comfortable too. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions of Kefalonia Island. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. The hotel facilities were excellent. Everything was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable, and all the amenities exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, a fantastic location, and top-quality facilities. We can't wait to come back!

The Celestial Hotel is a truly beautiful luxury retreat set on one of the most stunning islands in the world, blending modern comfort with classic Greek charm. The grounds are immaculate, tranquil, and peaceful, with gorgeous landscaping, amazingly clean rooms and surroundings, and natural scents that make the whole setting feel calm and refreshing—perfect for slowing down and taking in the beauty around you. To us, it was a five-star experience. What a great place to get away—an ideal spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy a high-quality stay in a breathtaking location.

This is a brilliant beautiful hotel in a quiet location amongst the hills yet close to the sea It has great rooms Each has a plunge pool & large balcony with a country view There is an Enormous impressive swimming pool & always sun loungers/parasols available My only negative is the food for half board isn’t great plus theres no entertainment. This would work well in the bar area, at least once a week The staff are consistently amazing & nothing is too much trouble With a few small tweaks, this place could be world class

A hidden gem of a hotel that couldn't have been better for the relaxing break my son and I needed. The hotel itself is spotless, the gardens are beautiful, the 70m pool must be the best on the island and the perfect rooms with AC, fresh towels and bottled water in the fridge everyday, plus the private plunge pools with each room meant that Celestial Suites far exceeded our expectations. The beach at Trapezaki is a slow walk downhill and it has sand! 10 minutes uphill is a mini-market and a number of local restaurants that were superb. The hotel menu is good: we thought that the lunch menu was better than the evening menu which is a pity because you really don't need lunch after the excellent buffet breakfast. I read another review that said the cocktails were 'out of a tin' - they absolutely are not. We watched the bartender make the perfect Long Island Ice Tea (don't overdo the coke!) - 7 individual ingredients and we watched it being vigorously shaken. Nicole and Danny as staff were especially standout. We also met the owner briefly a couple of times. His love for the island is clear with the high standard he has put into what is a fabulous hotel: secluded enough to be quiet, but Eur35 / 20 minutes away from Argostoli when you want to venture further afield. The next time we visit, I will be taking your beautiful yellow Camero out for a spin!
