This place has stole our hearts!! We have been to Eva Palace 3 times now, once back in 2023, and twice within in the last 6 weeks. 20th - 30th July we started the summer holidays here on an all inclusive basis with our 2 children aged 18 & 9 and stayed in one of the deluxe bungalows, and 26th August to 2nd September it was just the 3 of us so we stayed in a sky luxury guest room with sea view also on an all inclusive basis. firstly, we have stayed in quite a few of the Ikos hotels and none of them have beaten the entrance on arrival to Eva Palace! When you walk through the lobby, which is stunning, and then through to the lobby bar, the view will take your breathe away. The peninsular overlooking both of the bays, and the sister imperial hotel is incredible. The bungalow itself was spacious and comfortable, the only thing I would say is that the bathroom is an open walkthrough and you can't close it off, so in terms of privacy fo myself and my 18 year old son this wasn't the most practical, but we managed to work around it. We stayed in bungalow number 40 (outside of the main building) which was very conveniently positioned very close to the main restaurant and not too far to the pool and beach so was great not having to walk too far. On the second visit we stayed in a top floor family room, and OMG, the view!!!!!!! WOW!! absolutely spectactular. We were over looking the bay out towards the imperial hotel, the sea seems a lot calmer this side, there were some incredible yachts just sat there for a few days and we saw the best of the sunrise so we would definately choose one of these rooms again. The food is beautiful. Our first stay was 10 nights so with this we had 3 vouchers to use. 2 in the a la carte restaurants at the hotel and 1 for Danilla Village which I have to say is definitely worth a visit!! For some reason when we arrived at Danilla village I got very emotional. It was so beautiful, and although it was purpose built (for the filming of James bond) it felt like a real place and was so pretty! The food here was really good too, they had a BBQ and lots of sides to go with so there was something for everyone. The main buffet has a great variety every night. so theres always your salads and breads and that kind of thing, but there was a good mix of Lamb, duck, prawns, lots of options for kids and the wine on the all inclusive menu is really good too, so for us 10/10 for the food in all of the restaurants! Corfu old town is a must!! We didn't do this back in 2023, but so glad we did this time round! It's so pretty with lovely cobbled streets and loads of restaurants if you want to eat out. The taxi into the old town is 40 euros each way and we did call around to try and get it cheaper but this seemed to be the price. The hotel do also run a shuttle bus which I'm pretty sure is free, but obviously it leaves at set times. We hired a yacht and skipper first time round to do a sunset cruise, this isn't cheap as it's just you on the yacht, however if you have a special occasion thats definately worth doing. We also hired a boat (to drive ourselves). this can be done down at the beach and is around 250 euros for the day. We went to a lovely restaurant called the Whitehouse, which again if you have a special occasion I would highly recommend. Other than these trips we didn't do a fat lot! we were so well looked after by the staff here, they make you feel so at home and like part of the family! Special mention to Miltos, the operations manager who when we had a very tiny grumble couldn't do enough to ensure things were sorted and kept checking in on us for the remainder of our holiday. The pool bar staff, unfortunately I didn't get any names but they walk round that pool all day in the blistering heat bringing you drinks, they work so hard! Two young ladies in particular, in the straw hat and the lady with the 'A' tattoo on her wrist (we were matching) these two were amazing! Nicoletta in the main restaurant and the whole team there, again, ran off there feet all day to ensure everyone has the best experience, the F & B manager, I didn't get his name but goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect! And my two favourite ladies "Maria & Sylvia". from the lobby bar.......... these two......... made our night every night (as well as our drinks) beautiful human beings, always smiling and bubbly, taking time to talk to guests and make sure you have the perfect drink! They also gave my daughter a gift on our last evening..... I miss them! We honestly had the best time here. I have read some reviews saying that it's not 5 star, now it just depends on your expectations. If you're looking for a boutique hotel that is 5 star, then this isn't the one. This hotel is beautiful, traditional, yes tired in places, but the staff make this 5 star and I wish I could go back next week!!!
We’ve stayed at other Crecotels in Crete so we know we like their hotels. Eva Palace in Corfu was just what we hoped for. Our room had a stunning view of the sea and we would often start the day with a coffee on our balcony. The staff are very polite but not overly friendly but they create a relaxed environment. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The beach was my favourite place, calm cove like feel with spectacular mountain back drop, it felt like a lake instead of open sea. Olive trees behind the sun loungers provided good amounts of shade. But there are spots in the full sunshine if you want them. The seafood restaurant at the sister hotel, The Imperial is a must and the hotel will arrange free transport there. The only thing I would change is the variety of food in the main restaurant is a bit same and be prepared for wasps if you choose to eat outside. The beach waiters were very helpful and the lunchtime snacks were delicious. Drink prices are reasonable too. All said a great holiday. Thank you
Fabulous holiday at this beautiful hotel. The view over the bay is amazing and everything is spotless. We particularly enjoyed the food - the quality was very high at all restaurants and we really couldn't recommend it highly enough. It was our first All Inclusive holiday and were very impressed. We stayed at the Palazzina Villa, which was absolutely gorgeous with so much space, two private pools and an amazing view. It was luxurious and comfortable, just what we wanted on this special holiday. The staff are super helpful, including the managers at all levels. Any issue or query was dealt with quickly and efficiently. We used the minibus transfer to Corfu town several times and that worked really well and also enjoyed the entertainment in the evenings.
Terrible experience, a 5-star hotel only on paper and in the price (500€ per night) Stayed in September 2026. Paying 500 euros a night only to find the room infested with ants is already unacceptable, but management's response is surreal: they justify the infestation by blaming "nature," as if hygiene in a luxury resort were an optional extra. The handling of the problem was amateurish: instead of a room change or a professional pest control treatment with the room empty, they send a housekeeping staff member to spray insecticide inside the room while the guest is inside breathing in the chemical fumes. To top it all off, management's "welcome" gift consists of a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine that is already expired (best before date passed, dated April 2026). A health risk and a complete lack of respect toward the customer. An utterly disappointing experience, strongly unrecommended for anyone looking for true luxury and hygiene standards.
We arrived at the hotel without any particular expectations, but from the very first moment, we were welcomed with the biggest smile by the wonderful Helena. Beyond her role of accompanying us to our room each morning, Helena went above and beyond. She remembered our names, always made sure to ask if we needed anything, and welcomed us every day with the same genuine warmth and beautiful smile. Her kindness, attention to detail, and personal touch truly made us feel special and cared for throughout our stay. And of course, Helena wasn’t the only highlight. Every aspect of the hotel was exceptional. It was clear that an incredible amount of thought and care had gone into every little detail. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding, the staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly, and every interaction made us feel that we were truly valued as guests. This was an especially meaningful trip for us, as it was the vacation during which we got engaged — a memory we will cherish forever. Thanks to the incredible experience at the hotel, it became even more unforgettable. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special and for giving us such an amazing experience. We left with wonderful memories, full hearts, and a feeling that we were truly looked after. We will definitely be back, and we very much hope to see you all again in the future — especially the amazing Helena! ❤️ Thank you for everything!
