5 star at its best. Fabulous rooms with private small dunking pool

Our stay at The Olivar Suites was a holiday dream come true. ​I would especially highlight the exceptional level of service provided by the team from the moment we arrived. The facilities are simply stunning, with a clear effort to preserve local heritage throughout the property. ​The beach is beautiful—slightly pebbly right at the water’s edge, but sandy once you step in. Beach service is seamless, featuring complimentary water and the occasional fruit delivery. Despite visiting during peak season, there were always sun loungers available. The same was true for the swimming pool, which was well-sized for the resort and featured a fantastic shallow area where you can lounge in the sun while staying cool in the water. ​Our room was perfectly appointed—minimalist, yet smart and stylish. ​We frequently ordered lunch at the bar, which offered delicious food options for both adults and kids, making it easy to relax at the resort all day. Dinner was equally great, featuring a variety of tasty traditional Greek dishes. ​When we encountered a minor issue, the Guest Relations Team resolved it promptly and gracefully. ​As a final note, there is a local supermarket just a two-minute walk away with a great selection of souvenirs, snacks, and drinks if needed. ​I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Corfu!"

Our second visit and again it did not disappoint. Room was beautiful, minimal in design but lovely. Private pool was warm and inviting and designed so that no other rooms overlook it. Food was great, fine dining experience every night. Only slight niggle was that the beach bar was being used as an all day base for a couple of families, not nice to see residents in swim trunks asleep on the couches! Also, hairdryer and high quality hair straighteners provided in the room! Buttons on the sunloungers to request the waiter are great!!

This place was everything we could have hoped for and more! From the moment you arrive, you are looked after and welcomed, and we fell in love with the place from the very beginning. We couldn’t fault a single thing, everything was absolute perfection - our room was beautiful, having our own private pool was heaven, the beach area was so well looked after, the pool was calm and serene and, most of all, the staff were just exceptional! The food was also perfection, both breakfast and dinner had so many options and there were no limits to what you could eat. It is the kind of 5 star place that doesn’t feel stuffy or pretentious and instead allows you to relax, enjoy and feel completely at home. We had the best holiday and on our last day were already talking about when we would come back! If you’re thinking about booking here, you won’t regret it! We already miss it!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Olivar Suites and couldn’t be happier with my experience.
