Aegean Bay

This was our second year returning to this hotel because we absolutely love Greece and Kos, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the F&B Manager, George. I have severe multiple allergies and risk anaphylactic shock, but George showed world-class hospitality and was an absolute superhero! He personally made sure all my food was prepared completely separate in the kitchen with zero cross-contamination, and the food was so fresh and delicious. He and his team went above and beyond, buying special sea fish just for me, and even went to the supermarket to get lactose-free and gluten-free chocolate mousse and yogurt, and made special ice cream I could safely eat! George was always so genuinely kind, happy, and professional. He made me feel 100% safe and valued. We will definitely come back a third year thanks to him!

We stayed at Aegean Bay in Kos and had a lovely holiday. The hotel itself is set in beautiful, well-kept grounds and has a really relaxed atmosphere. There are two pool areas, which we really liked. One has music and a livelier vibe, while the other is much quieter if you just want to unwind. The sunbeds are comfortable and good quality (not the usual plastic ones), and having a bar by each pool meant you were never far from a drink. The all-inclusive drinks were also better than we expected. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help, which made a real difference. Unfortunately, the food was the biggest let-down. There was very little choice, and what we did try was often cold. The snack bar was also disappointing, with hardly anything available between meal times. If food is an important part of your holiday, you may find yourself eating out. That said, we discovered Smiley’s Café just around the corner, and it was one of the highlights of the trip. The food was absolutely delicious, the portions were generous, and the prices were incredibly reasonable. We’d recommend it to anyone staying nearby. The beach is absolutely stunning, with crystal-clear water and lovely views. It’s definitely worth spending time there. One thing you’ll notice is the number of cats around the hotel and surrounding area. They’re friendly and part of island life, and if you’re able to spare a little food, they’ll certainly appreciate it. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday thanks to the beautiful setting, lovely staff, great pool areas and amazing beach. With some improvements to the food and snack options, this hotel could easily be a five-star experience

We have spent two weeks in this beautiful hotel. Everything was perfect. The staff made us feel welcome, always greeted us, talked to us and made sure we felt welcome. The rooms were clean and fresh. The food was varied and really very good, especially the Food-manager made everyone feel welcome. In addition, the activity staff in the evening made all the children have fun with their dancing.

A huge thank you to Manager Mr George for the wonderful birthday cake surprise he organised for my husband. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made the day truly special and unforgettable. We really appreciate everything he did and would highly recommend this place. Thank you, Mr George, for making our holiday even more memorable! A special thank you to the Entertainment Team, especially Tette, Kay and J, for bringing so much fun, laughter, and positive energy to our holiday. You made our days even more enjoyable!

Me and my partner stayed at Aegean Bay for 7 nights. All facilities were superb and the location is excellent (very close to the beach and lots of restaurants, also lots of experiences that are easy to book online or at the local shop). We were most impressed with the level of service from all staff- nothing was ever too much to ask for. The entertainment team (Jethrow, Kai and Liz) were absolutely amazing, they truly made our holiday! Such lovely people and so involved with all of the guests. They provided a wide variety of activities during the day and provided excellent entertainment every night- thank you guys! Really great hotel, would recommend.
