Aegean Bay

We arrived very late at night we were given one door key no map of hotel and a sandwich from the fridge. Got to our room. It was small but clean the sandwich was very dry so threw away. Nxt morning went to reception to get another key but they don’t give you map of hotel. Food was very poor. Selection was not good and the food was always cold. Never saw 1 banana in the whole week we were there nor kiwi. The fresh orange that was on display at breakfast was just not acceptable. We were not allowed to have an ice cream until after 4pm! Drinks at the bar were all free until after 11 then you had to pay even all inclusive . The hotel was clean and tidy, reception was calm sift lighting and welcoming. There were no teapots or milk jugs so if you wanted tea at your table you had to put milk in a cup. We will never come here again this is not 4* we would say 3* at most

We’ve just enjoyed a lovely relaxing 11 days stay at this wonderful hotel the staff are the friendliest and most helpful i have ever come across in a hotel . Our room was facing the activity pool and had everything we needed the rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed . The entertainment team work very hard to include everyone in the activities we didn’t join in but enjoyed watching others there is also another pool which is quieter . The restaurant is situated a short walk through the gardens which are kept immaculate by the gardeners . The food we found to be very nice and there’s always fresh pizza and pasta for the fussy eaters the staff in the restaurant never stop and are super friendly a special mention to george the restaurant manager who was always there to greet the guests. The beach is a 10 minute walk away and if you buy a drink from one of the bars you get free sunbeds for the day we found the sea pleasantly warm for september. There’s a bus stop just outside the hotel to go to beautiful kos town it costs 2.50 and takes about 25 mins there you can take boat trips shop and eat . I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning in the future for another chilled holiday

From the moment we checked in, until the very last minute, we had nothing but praise for the resort. It truly was an amazing experience. The staff go above and beyond. Alberto and Paravathy checked us in with ease, explaining all the hotel facilities available to us, which continued to be available even after we checked out. Our room was nicely decorated. Bed was a little stuff but honestly from being outdoors all day you’d sleep well on it. Saggar always made sure our room was cleaned everyday and put on fresh sheets whenever was asked him to, which was needed during a week long stay! The pool area has a really nice vibe to it. There were 2 pool areas on the grounds of the resort but we preferred the one next to the reception building. There was music playing and the free drinks made it easy to enjoy the atmosphere! Jethro, Elizabetha and Natalia who were part of the entertainment team of the hotel made our stay fun. There was always something to do each day at the pool or in the games room or even outdoors. The food itself was worth the money. The restaurant was honestly our favourite part of the holiday. We always looked forward to dining. Breakfast was a decent spread and the quality was quite good. The lunch and the dinners were a different level. Lunch was consistently good with a wide variety of dishes. The dinner was different each night, adopting a different cuisine theme every night. By far the Greek nights were the best. George in the restaurant always ensured that we were looked after and honestly is the most attentive manager I have ever seen in my life. After every dinner there was always an activity every night whether it was movie quiz, or a dance show or karaoke. The hotel is situated 5 minutes away from the beach so super easy to get to. There is also a bus service that takes you into Kos town and it’s 20/25 minutes for €2.50 and just outside the hotel. Overall this experience was amazing. For what you paid for, you got more than you could expect. You could never go hungry, always something to do and even outside the hotel the island has so much to offer. If you’re debating this place, don’t, just go, you won’t regret it.

When we arrived at first it felt slightly meh. It didn’t feel the cleanest and I was worried but we soon got settled in and the room started to feel comfortable as the week went on. As a queer couple we got given a room with 3 single beds, even though we booked a double but we couldn’t be bothered to change it or to make deal out of it. We noticed other queer people staying in the hotel and out & about the island. Which felt comforting. The pools are great. One has more going on than the other, so you have the option of chilling or getting involved with activities. Sun beds are comfy! Staff are very happy and cheerful. Will say I think they’re spread a bit thin. Especially the bar staff. I wish they’d put more staff on so the poor guys aren’t rushing. That’s why I think the drinks taste bad hahaha The entertainment was a mixed bag. The actual entertainment team put on good shows/quizzes. Some of the other shows were questionable and repetitive. The location is great if you want to go to the beach but there isn’t much around the hotel. A few bars and restaurants but it’s a great place for a chill holiday! Bus takes about 30mins to get to Kos town. Go to Rias on Marmari beach. Sun beds are €12 for 2 and ordered a pizza! A little woman owned gem! The beach is gawjussss The food and drink is also a mixed bag. Sometimes great and then sometimes not, overall was pleasant enough! Breakfast was my fave! I’d give it a 3.5/5 - could be better but also could be a lottttt worse. Had a great time but wouldn’t rush back.

Really nice hotel. Staff are extremely friendly and hard working, especially in the restaurant. Alberto on the desk was always a delight in making you smile. Hotel itself is relatively modern. Decent location as well as the bus stop into Kos is around the corner. Beach is a 10 minute walk away with great views. The food itself is actually tasty compared to most all inclusive hotels. The selection is smaller but the taste is far better. The fresh pizza and grill were added bonuses too. For the price we paid for a week I don't think you can get much better value for money.
