Aegean Bay

I had been contacted by Tui to offer a chance to change from this hotel due to some building works nearby.. due to the short timeframe and the alternative hotels not having so many good reviews I decided to stay, but was very worried… however, please rest assured there is NOTHING to worry about. I am so so glad i didnt change my booking!! You cant even hear any building noise and they allocate guests away from the building works, and the work usually finishes early afternoon. The hotel is gorgeous, the food is one of the most delicious I have had in an all inclusive and I consider myself very well traveled This is my first ever review as I felt I needed to reasure those that will be contacted by Tui that there is nothing to worry about . I was a solo mum traveling with my 7 and 5 yo. The kids loved kids club, big thank you to Kai as the kids loved him and i definetly needed the break at times. All the entertainment staff were so kind and amazing. The evening entertainment is also very good, the staff at the restaurant especially the manager are all so kind and attentive. The only negative I would have are the cocktails at the hotel, maybe a few more variety such as daquiris and coladas would go down a treat with guests. I would definetely recommend and would stay again as the location is perfect, only about 10mins walk from the gorgeous beach, few shops and restaurants. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Upon our 1am arrival we were welcomed by Alberto who showed nothing but compassion and kindness. He was very energetic and friendly which was a great way to start our holiday, we did have an unfortunate experience with our shower which was leaking from behind the shower head causing to leak from the roof rather than the shower itself but we told Alberto and he was completely understanding and sent someone to fix this in the morning, the room was cleaned at our request as well as it being spacious enough for double and a single bed with room to move around. During our stay we were never bored of things to do as we got best of both worlds with being able to relax either by the pool or even the beach (5 min walk away - I would recommend at night to see the sunset ) and to take part in the many activities that the animation team had to offer - Jethro and Elizabeth we amazing and had somehow managed to remember everyone’s names from one encounter - they provided an incredible atmosphere throughout the day/night. The food was nice too and offered a variety of choices depending on the day/theme. We also can’t thank the bar staff enough for somehow managing to remember our drink choice and being prepared for when we walked up throughout the day. The TUI guide there also provided us with the chance to go into Zia town for our dinner which we would recommend to do. Overall this was a fantastic week away for us and we had a great time.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the very friendly receptionist Alberto. As soon as we walked into the hotel we were made to feel so welcome. Our room was lovely and clean as were the bars, restaurant and pools. The animation team were amazing and provided some amazing entertainment throughout the day. They remembered our names straight away and treated us like friends. The man who mainly works behind the veranda bar (I feel awful for not remembering his name) is such a lovely man. He couldn’t do enough for us. Overall an amazing trip and fabulous hotel. Thank you so much for making our trip a memorable one 🤍

Very clean modern hotel with a good variety of food choice and very friendly and helpful staff. Especially the restaurant manager who was most attentive to our needs every day. Pool area clean with comfy cushioned sunbeds with plenty of shaded areas.

Family trip, hotel manager George made us feel like at home providing everything that we asked. Food was great and facilities beyond well organized.
