Hotel was good. Great food and restaurant manager is A1 and so are there staff

Amazing holiday with my 15 year old son. stayed in Block C in a twin room, which was lovely and cleaned every day with fresh towels. The balconies in this block get the evening sun rather than the morning, which was perfect for anyone who enjoys a lie‑in. I’ve seen a few negative comments about the food, but I completely disagree — we thought it was great, and the desserts were especially nice. I do hope the food truck gets an upgrade though, as it looks a bit out of place compared to the rest of the hotel. There’s a small but perfectly adequate fitness room, and the shower/changing area in the fitness centre was ideal for freshening up before our evening flight home. The games room near reception has two pool tables, ping pong, and air hockey, which was a fun bonus. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly friendly, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend hiring a car to explore Kos properly. If you enjoy hiking make sure you climb Mount Dikeos - go early to avoid the heat. The trail isn’t the easiest, but the views from the top are incredible and worth every step. On the way down stop in Zia to have a well deserved breakfast. Before you finish your trip, take the short walk from the hotel to the beach to watch the sunset - it’s an absolute must !!

We’ve just come back from this hotel. We loved it. The rooms are quite basic but nice decor and very clean, beds are hard so we requested toppers and they made a huge difference. The air con is really good which is brilliant. We only used the pool near the restaurant as we stayed in G block and it was so close and that pool appealed more to us but both pools looked nice. The snack wagon isn’t very well advertised I only knew due to it being mentioned on here and you do need it as when lunch finishes at 2pm it’s a long time until 7pm when the restaurant opens especially if your travelling with teenagers like we were and they are constantly hungry. The restaurant environment it’s one of the best all inclusive we have been too, very smart. The food was also nice, some days better choices than others as always but the pizzas are gorgeous. The staff here are all lovely especially the cleaners, so friendly. The beach is 5 minutes away and stunning. There are a couple of bars that are walkable and the Rumba bar is brilliant, great vibe, staff and food. Buses are good for Kos and Tegaki. We had a great time and would go again.

Writing the review while enjoying the last day at Aegan Bay. I can’t praise them enough. Great location, bus ride from more busy places but here in Marmari still few nice bars, beautiful beach and few nice shops. Staff is the friendliest and nicest I have ever met on holidays and they work so hard still smiling making us feel welcomed. Food is great, please please please don’t listen to bad reviews it’s just miserable people trying to find something to complain about. If you want to feed your kids chicken nuggets just go to McDonald’s or maybe teach them about new foods and it’s quality then you won’t have a thing to complain. My 4 year old tried everything and absolutely loved ( and only had a bit of pizza and chips and by the way they are really nice- better than take away quality ). Every night is served different countries food- Asian, French, Mexican, twice Greek but both times different and it’s all delicious. Breakfast is same daily but again massive choice and we managed to eat something different every day. And I must say we are fussy with food. Rooms clean and modern, daily cleaning and fresh towels. Entertainment daily team great trying to involve everyone. Lots of shops selling excursions as well. Recommend Zia sunset with meal (tip- book your chosen restaurant earlier as they are full on the day hard to find good space when walk in). Definitely would come back to this hotel. Ok this is not your typical all inclusive, by that I mean the food in normal inclusive is basic but you can feed kids pizza, nuggets, burgers. Here the food is quite literally bones and slop. There this nothing basic for kids. The pizza has a queue going out the hotel as the rest of the food is inedible and slop. Im not quite sure how a hotel can not have anything for kids. Ive stayed in some dives with tui but at least I could always feed kids basics
