Amazing hotel in a great location. We had such a lovely stay at Arato hotel. All the staff were so welcoming and went above and beyond for us during the stay. It’s a brand new hotel and the facilities are so well thought out. There’s a great gym and spa area. The pool area is amazing, comfy sunbeds and such a lovely setting to sit out at night to have a drink. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel itself was beautiful, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The food and drinks were also excellent, and overall we really enjoyed our experience. There were just a few areas that I feel could be improved. Firstly, the rooms have no drawers and very limited storage space for clothes, which meant we had to live out of our suitcases for the duration of our stay. I think the rooms could benefit from being rethought to provide more practical storage. Another issue we experienced was with the sunbed reservation policy. We were given a small card informing us that we had reserved a sunbed when I had simply put my towel down and gone to the toilet. However, we noticed another couple nearby who had left their towels on their sunbeds and were away for at least four hours, yet nothing appeared to be done about it. This felt a little inconsistent and unfair. Overall, the hotel is beautiful, and we had a lovely stay. The food, drinks and staff were all fantastic. I just feel that the rooms, particularly the storage, could do with some improvements, and the sunbed policy could perhaps be applied more consistently.

Really one of the best in Kos! Its been around 1 month open and is Normal that they still work on some things but is still great and great potential very soon! For sure we will come back; Location perfect! Near by the beach, near by the centre and harbour of Kos!

ARATO by EGEO is a beautifully designed boutique hotel with a calm, contemporary atmosphere. Stylish rooms, friendly staff, excellent cleanliness, and a relaxing pool create a memorable stay. Highly recommended! Loved it and will definitely come back!
