Kos City Sunstone

Kos je pro mě a mého manžela za posledních 5 let jediným místem dovolené. Zůstali jsme ve všech oblastech a zatím je naše oblíbené město Kos! proč? Protože máte svobodu vystoupit z hotelu bez pronájmu a stále prozkoumat, pokud chcete jít do barové ulice, můžete se do hotelu dostat bez stresu a přemýšlení, pokud dostanete taxi nebo ne. A protože se dostáváme na Kos 2 - 3krát ročně, vždy hledáme místo k pobytu, což je dobré i pro náš rozpočet. Hotel Philippion Citi je v centru, pohodlný hotel s velmi přátelským personálem. Děkujeme vám za vaše pohostinství, vrátíme se letos v červnu!

Studna. . co mohu říci, umístění hotelu je nejlepší! v centru, v přístavu, v blízkosti pláží. Zarezervovali jsme si pokoj s výhledem na moře, což byla skvělá volba, protože jsme měli šanci užívat si západy slunce a východ slunce z našeho balkonu při sklenici vína:)) Pokoje jsou vhodné pro 2 osoby, čisté. Hodnota za peníze jistě! Pokud plánujete aktivní dovolenou - to je místo k rezervaci!

We went as a couple for a vacation to several Greek islands, at the island of Kos we chose the Philippion hotel to stay for two nights and thankfully it was only two nights. I would like to mention that, before we made the reservations, we looked at different websites for various opinions about the hotel and that is why at the time of booking we asked for our accommodation to be in the renewed space of the Philippion hotel. I was answered that it would be dependent on the availability at the time of my reservation. Firstly, we had some difficulty finding the establishment because the hotel's facade did not correspond at all to the images that had been provided to us through the website where we made the reservation. When we found the hotel, we saw that it is not as "modern" as the images provided by its management appear. When we arrived at the room we were schoked because it had nothing to do with what we were expecting. The room was dirty, it was small and the bathroom was disgraceful. Secondly, this is a hotel that does not focus on resting its guests, as the cleaning staff at 8:50 am were knocking on the door to come and "clean" the room, yes, I put cleaning in quotes because they just made the beds. The bath towels were not even changed. We usually leave the towels that are to be changed in a corner of the room floor so that the staff can distinguish them more easily. In this case, the employees took the used and dirty towels and put them back on the bed. The price we paid for our stay was not cheap, which is why I was so outraged by this experience. Finally, we were led to think that this hotel had a swimming pool, which is completely false. When we asked about the pool, they told us that it was a mistake on the part of travel agencies and that they are tired of saying that they don't have a pool, which doesn't really add up because we made reservations individually and even here on Tripadvisor they say that this establishment has a pool. . Without a doubt, we do not recommend nor will we return to this hotel whose real name we do not even know, it was a horrible experience.
