Everything was perfect.Spot on.Clean rooms ,helpful staff,clean beach area,friendly atmosphere. Will go again next year.

Fabulous 5 star hotel loved the room with sea view the bed was so comfortable and pillows towels very good quality. The architecture of the hotel was amazing and modern. It was a very well equipped gym, great swimming pool but very cold they say it healthy so was ok with it, Food at the hotel was great at lunch sushi and salads great . Our basis was B&B we found that the food was luke warm, ended up just having fruit also found the drinks were never hot enough even after requesting extra hot so decided on herbal tea. Sun beds great comfortable never busy pool or the beach. Loved the app to order and the staff were so lovely hotel had a very chilled out feeling would defiantly return The only thing we were surprised about was lack of water being provided, it was September when we went but in the summer it would be a problem having to buy all your own water.

Overall amazing hotel, beautiful surroundings and service excellent. Reason for not giving 5 stars : could not use private pool as far too cold and as previously mentioned in the shade so sun didn’t attempt to warm us; rain coming into main communal areas due to open roof design (many areas had towels down , not something you would expect in a 5 star) and hotel and finally downstairs restaurant. Very disappointed in this. Limited menu choice and menu not displayed or shared until at your table. We only used it once because of this. Be better if wider choice (or even buffet) and display menus during the day to give guests chance to decide if earlier. Otherwise beautiful sea view and perfect for relaxing holiday.

This is a lovely, modern hotel. It is in a good position on Lambi beach. There are plentiful sunbeds available around the pool with no need to rush out early with your towel. A great pool bar served drinks and lunch at tables or at your sunbed. All the staff were kind and helpful. Marios and Irene at the pool bar were particularly helpful and Fatima gave us fantastic recommendations for places to visit. Our only complaint was cold food at breakfast. This was a surprise considering that other guests had mentioned this in previous reviews. I’m sure that it can’t be difficult to sort. A nice touch which was missing in this hotel would be sparkling wine at breakfast.

Not sure on this one ! On the outside it is just fabulous, the service, the staff and food was all good . But for me just too many small issues that ruined a good experience. Mini bar not topped up , on 4 occasions was told the no entry light was on but on one day we was out all day on boat trip , so not sure how that works. Not sure the online beach / bar app works as it should it seems to be a bit laborious and tedious and cumbersome. The 400 Euro Credit limit is all wrong take Credit Card approval on check in and pay when you leave I made 3 visits to reception to sort this and one was not even relevant as you made a mistake. Staff are friendly, but top management need to train them to be 5* , if you want to be 5* offer the correct training. Location is good only 20 min walk to Kos town but immediate area is very run down with many derelict buildings. Sun loungers very good especially the ones with swim up pools and the Beach ones. Room cleaning was excellent. You state on room card in bathroom you are water friendly but you have no plug in sink, how does that work! Like the card to change bedlinen as this worked very well. Not sure I liked the wardrobes, not having doors that close to not show all the interior, funky but not sure it works. Shower was fabulous, one of the best I have ever had. Very limited storage, ie drawers especially if staying for 2 weeks. Drinks , good value for money plus wines on offer , not sure about only offering a glass of wine out of small bottle as I would like to have more choice. One larger issue that was reported to reception that I was extremely upset about, and to date I have no update, I will not mention this on TA but if you need a reminder of the issue please reach out and I will be happy to update. Marinos by far best waiter, his experience and knowledge was what was expected.
