We had a wonderful experience at Sagredo Beach Bar Restaurant in Agios Fokas. The service was outstanding—everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. What made our experience even more special was how kind they were to our Yorkshire Terrier, Ziggy. They immediately offered to bring her water, which showed how genuinely pet-friendly they are. It meant a lot to us and made us feel truly welcome. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was relaxing and beautiful, and the staff went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. We highly recommend Sagredo to anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a place where both people and their furry friends are treated with kindness. We will definitely be back!

Super uncomfortable stay for us. The rooms has an open shower and lacks ventilation gets steamy really quick which apparently started the fire alarm. The reception called us and when we explained the situation the receptionist asked us 3 times are you sure are you smoking in the room! The audacity to accuse 3 times for the room’s fault made me very uncomfortable. This attitude is unacceptable in hospitality. We came here 2 couples in different rooms in the evening we were hanging in the balcony chatting nothing loud just normal voices and was called from reception to keep it down. It was 11 pm we are on vacation in a hotel we paid good money for we should at least be able to chat in the balcony but no! the hotel again made us super uncomfortable why would you put balconies if you don’t want people hanging out there. again in normal voices as all of us are adults we are pretty aware of the disturbance levels. Lastly the service in the beach is horrible the staff unable to comprehend simplest things. Overall super disappointment for this price. They don’t even have a bellboy to carry luggages other hotels for the same price greet you with champagnes and buggies this hotel provides nothing special honestly a rip off! A V O I D! So many better options at least get treated well.

We came last year under previous owners a few times and loved it as outside guests - the new owner and set up is initially good and as outside guests before had a nice lunch and then used the sunbeds on the beach for a couple of hours after . As per other reviews this has changed and we felt not that welcome once they realised we weren’t staying … This time however we spent 130 euro on lunch to then go to the beach where there seemed to be 2 areas for guests and non. We sat down and the same waiter came over after 20 minutes and advised we had to spend another 40 euro on beds even though we had already spent money on lunch etc- we were only going to be using them for an hour or so so it felt extortionate to say the least to ask for more money - it would be better to say no outside guests rather than charging extra even if you have already spent a lot on lunch . Shame as the place has lots of potential but clearly has a new owner that thinks it’s okay to do this .. …
