The Ritual, A Wellnes Retreat

Where do I even begin? If 10 stars existed, The Ritual would have them. The service was world-class from the moment I walked through the gate. I visited Kos Solo for my birthday, but I felt like part of a family. Stella and Konstantina are two of the most beautiful humans I have ever met. Nothing was too much trouble. These ladies made my stay one I will hold close to my heart forever. They made my birthday truly special with a cake, a saxophone performance and the warmest wishes. I felt at home. I felt relaxed. These ladies reminded me not only of what exceptional customer service represents, but also how kindness can heal the soul. My experience at The Ritual was picture-perfect, healing and wholesome. When I arrived, my heart was heavy and I was tense. While exploring the hotel, I met Aristidis, the Wellness Manager. He immediately greeted me with warmth, explained what was on offer, and reassured me that I would have a wonderful stay. I attended his breathwork and mindfulness meditation class, which was included for guests, and I left feeling calm, grounded, and lighter. During my stay, I also experienced the Sound Healing Massage with Angeliki, a visiting practitioner. She listened carefully to my needs and areas of tension, adapting the massage throughout the session. Both of these experiences provided the calmness my nervous system desperately needed. The food at The Ritual was incredible and the bar and restaurant staff were accommodating, attentive and friendly. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. To everybody at The Ritual, but especially Stella and Konstantina, thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my stay and birthday so wonderful. ❤️ The Ritual, a healing experience I truly needed. 🙏🏽🧘‍♀️

The experience at The Ritual has been incredibile. It made our stay in Kos unforgettable. The hotel is brand new, with attention to detail, and the friendly, attentive staff makes you feel at ease. I'd like to highlight one of the best moment of our stay: meeting Aristeidis . He performed an incredible massage, one of the best I've ever had, he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. You should visit this magical place dedicated to relaxation and wellness.

We had a wonderful six-night stay at The Ritual in Kos. What makes this place so special is how intimate and peaceful it feels: with only 16 suites, the whole resort is compact, quiet and beautifully calm. The suites are very spacious and designed with lovely, high-quality materials. The pool area is beautiful as well, with a large pool and small details like gentle fountains and water features that create a really relaxing atmosphere. The à la carte breakfast was excellent — you can order so many delicious things directly from the menu, which made every morning feel easy and luxurious. Most of all, we want to mention the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, attentive and genuinely friendly. Stella gave us such a lovely welcome at reception, and Aris gave truly outstanding treatments. Their kindness and professionalism really made our stay feel personal and special. A peaceful, elegant and very welcoming place. We would definitely recommend it.

I'd like to write a few lines about this hotel: the atmosphere, the service, and all the people who work there make it unique. Every day, you're greeted so warmly. The energy and tranquility this place radiates is truly exceptional. Unfortunately, there is one point I disagree with. The hotel calls itself a retreat, but it isn't. When I chose this hotel, Yin Yoga was a major reason for booking. According to the schedule, there were classes in the mornings and evenings, which would have been fantastic. When I arrived, I was told the yoga instructor was abroad for a month. This hadn't been communicated beforehand. This was disappointing. Let's talk about the spa. I've worked in the spa industry for over 26 years, and there's still potential for improvement. This applies to the facilities, the atmosphere, and the treatments. I had a massage with Aris, and it was truly wonderful. He's an excellent therapist, who has a lot of knowledge. I also appreciated the experience with the ice bath. But he works alone. From experience, I can say that a single therapist can't do everything. For the facial, I had to go to the partner Hotel. The facial itself was ok. But also there, the therapist didn’t explain me anything about the product concept from the beginning. I didn’t know what she’s doing on my face. Only at the end, I got the paper with the product she used. If a hotel calls itself a retreat, then it needs people who specialize in different treatments. I believe that a retreat should consider body, mind, and soul. Unfortunately, I cannot confirm that . If you call yourself a five-star hotel wellness retreat, then you have to sell five-star quality. :The atmosphere, treatments, and services. As mentioned above, the people who work there do an excellent job. The basic are solid, but there's still a lot of work to be done.

Absolutely loved my stay here! Unfortunately, I only stayed for two nights. I wish I had booked longer. The atmosphere was incredibly serene, and being adults-only made it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Kos. With a limited number of guests, the whole experience felt intimate and exclusive. The rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, and the pool was spacious and never felt crowded. The daily yoga, breathwork, sauna, steam room, and cold plunge made it the perfect place to relax, recharge, and unwind. I also had two massages with Aris, both of which were among the best I’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for solo travellers. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. I would definitely return!
