The Ritual, A Wellnes Retreat

I had such a wonderful time at this hotel and felt at ease from the very first moment. The entire hotel is beautifully designed and has such a peaceful atmosphere that it is easy to switch off, slow down, and truly relax. I came here looking to recharge and unwind, and that is exactly what I found. The breakfast was fantastic and made every morning a lovely start to the day. But what really stood out to me was the whole team. Everyone was so warm, kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you goes to Aris, who greeted me so warmly when I arrived and immediately made me feel comfortable and welcome. Throughout my entire stay, he was always there as a point of contact for any health and well-being questions. He was professional, attentive, and friendly at all times, and you could really tell that he genuinely cared about the guests and their experience. Also Stella at the reception was so warm and welcoming that I really felt at home. Aikis yoga sessions and her amazing energy are really one of a kind and helped me so much to recover! Also the whole team at the breakfast, especially Vaggelis, was so kind, warm, and lovely, and each of them added something special to my stay. Thank you to the entire team for such a beautiful and restorative experience. I truly enjoyed my time here and would love to come back! ❤️

We had a truly wonderful experience at The Ritual, A Wellness Retreat in Kos. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful and thoughtfully designed, but what really made our stay exceptional were the people. A very special thank you to Stella at reception. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. She was incredibly warm, attentive, professional and always ready to help with anything we needed. Stella has that rare ability to make guests feel as though they are not simply staying at a hotel, but are truly being looked after. We would also especially like to mention Aristidis, the Wellness Manager. His professionalism, knowledge and calm, positive energy perfectly reflect what a wellness retreat should be about. He took the time to make sure everything was right for us and contributed enormously to the relaxing atmosphere and our overall experience. And finally, a huge thank you to Vaggelis at the bar. Fantastic service, always friendly and attentive, and such a genuinely pleasant person to be around. He made our evenings at the hotel even more enjoyable and always welcomed us with a smile. The entire team deserves recognition, but Stella, Aristidis and Vaggelis truly stood out and made our stay memorable. It is people like them who turn a beautiful hotel into a place you genuinely want to return to. We left Kos with wonderful memories and would absolutely stay at The Ritual again. Highly recommended – 5 stars without hesitation!

We had a wonderful stay, even though it was only for a very short time. Everything was excellent — from the beautiful location and delicious food to the genuinely warm and attentive staff. A special mention goes to Aristidis, the Wellness Manager, who really stood out. He was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about wellbeing. We had the chance to do a quick stretching session with him, and even in such a short time he managed to understand what we needed, share some very useful tips, and make the experience both effective and enjoyable. His positive energy and personal approach made a real difference. We only wish we could have stayed longer. A fantastic experience all around, and definitely a place we would be very happy to return to!

We spent a week at The Ritual and left feeling genuinely restored. If you're looking for a break from busy life, this is it. The setting is beautiful, the rooms are lovely and clean, the beds are properly comfortable, and the whole place is quiet in a way that lets your shoulders drop within a day. The pool is huge and most of the time it felt like we had it entirely to ourselves. It strikes a rare balance: a real retreat feeling without ever being precious about it. What makes it, though, is the people. Stella gave us the warmest possible welcome and kept checking in to make sure our stay was perfect. Aiki led the morning yoga and we didn't miss a single session; her energy and the flow she builds set the tone for the whole day. Aris guided our cold plunge and was a joy to be around, friendly and generous with advice, making something intimidating feel easy. We both had massages with Nikoleta, the best possible way to close out the trip. Lovely, skilled, deeply relaxing. I arrived with neck pain and left without it. At the restaurant, Olga and her team were attentive and endlessly accommodating. Breakfast was fresh, with plenty of choice and real variety day to day, and they happily made things that weren't on the menu. Special thanks too for bringing us a local natural wine we'd never have found otherwise. Delicious, and exactly the kind of gesture that stays with you. Everyone we met was kind and genuinely present. It reminded us of travelling in Southeast Asia, easily the most human hospitality we've experienced in Europe. We'll be back.

We went here for a sound bath experience. It was performed by an experienced sound practitioner. The other hosts were also wellness experts. The experience was really relaxing. Loved it. All of the staff here were so friendly and kind. The hotel looked really beautiful and to be honest I probably should have booked here rather than the sister hotel Aqua Blu. They are not on the beach here but it’s only a short bike ride to the beach and the beach in this area isn’t that amazing anyway. Better to get a car and drive to beaches . Ritual has a gorgeous pool area. The snacks we had as part of the sound bath (afterwards) were so good we stayed for dinner. Was the best meal we had on Kos. Very good chef! We also did a yoga class here which we enjoyed
