A BEAUTIFUL HOTEL We have just returned home from a glorious week at this beautiful hotel. My 2 sisters and I had a beautiful experience while staying here . We have never encountered such wonderful, friendly obliging staff . We had 2 house keeping staff - RITA and OXANNA who ensured that our bedroom and surrounding area were spotless , they both were very kind and helpful and no requests was a problem. Thank you Rita and OXANNA . To Mary the manager we thank you for been so helpful ,cheerful and accommodating. Anelia and Anna both reception staff were very efficient with all our questions regarding the surrounding area. Food was very good and fresh . We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at this beautiful hotel. We hope to return. Noeleen , Claire and Teresa .

I wish I could write an almost perfect review, as I genuinely hate leaving anything other than that. I am currently staying at Aloe Boutique & Suites, which has to be one of, if not the best hotels in the location. The location is incredible. Just 12 steps from the beach! The reception team, with a huge shout-out to Anna and Gemna, are so friendly, welcoming and chatty. They really are a credit to the hotel. The hotel itself is spotless, and the housekeeping team do a fantastic job of keeping on top of the fine sand that somehow manages to get absolutely everywhere! The pool area is clean, peaceful and has plenty of sun loungers. Breakfast is also one of the best I have had, with such a huge selection of fresh fruit, cooked options and continental choices. Add to that the quality of the food in the restaurant, which is simply great, and there is so much to love about this hotel. But… If you want a good night’s sleep, an early night, or some help with a room move if one is possible, my experience has unfortunately been that you may have to pay extra. Three times a week, there is live music in the restaurant. If you are staying in rooms 101–104, you are only a few steps and some stairs away from it. There is no door separating the restaurant from the stairwell, and the beautiful white marble tiling seems to carry every sound. The kitchen is also located in this same area. You hear the music as though it is playing right outside your bedroom door. Every beat, every song, right up until the band finishes. And once the music stops, there is still the noise of tables and chairs being dragged around by both guests and staff preparing the restaurant for the following morning’s service. You can also hear the kitchen team washing up, banging things around and cleaning. I didn’t mind the morning noise too much initially, as I am an early riser. However, after experiencing the music and knowing I had at least three more nights ahead of me, I asked whether it might be possible to move rooms. I was advised that a room move could be possible, but I would have to pay extra. I understand that the hotel is full, is due to close on Tuesday, and that room availability is limited. However, being told that I would still need to pay to move, when the noise is having such an impact on my stay, has really saddened me. The weather has also changed, and unfortunately, I am now facing at least 24 hours of rain, meaning I will be spending much more time indoors. This is absolutely no fault of the hotel or its team, of course. But it does mean that I am now sitting in my room, wide awake at 7:40 am, listening to the kitchen getting ready for the day, knowing I will also be listening to the band again tonight. And that is where my experience becomes disappointing. A hotel can have the most beautiful setting, fantastic food, spotless rooms and wonderful staff, but a good night’s sleep is also a huge part of the overall holiday experience. I genuinely wanted to leave this hotel a glowing review because there is so much to love about it. The team have been lovely, the location is fantastic, and so much of the experience has been excellent. But I also feel it is important to be honest about the room locations and the noise levels, particularly for anyone who values a peaceful night’s sleep. My advice would be to ask about room location when booking, especially if you are allocated rooms 101–104. The hotel itself has so much going for it, and I would hate for someone else’s experience to be affected in the same way. I really wish I could give Aloe Boutique & Suites the almost perfect review I had hoped to write. Unfortunately, the noise and the disappointment surrounding the possibility of moving rooms have taken the shine off what could otherwise have been a fantastic stay.

Just got back from a 5 night stay at Aloe and jr was beautiful. Very relaxed and chilled vibe. Hotel was immaculate. We booked a Loft suite with pool/sea view and definitely made the right choice. The reception staff were so friendly when we arrived we were offered a welcome drink and cold towel, bags were taken to our room where we found a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and rose petals because it was our anniversary, lovely touch. The pool was very clean and you could always get sunbeds. The call button for waiter service was a nice touch but not needed as everything is very close and easy. The breakfast selection was excellent and served until 10.30 which was great as we aren’t early risers. I wouldn’t book half board as there were plenty of lovely restaurants in the town to eat at. The town is quite small but very lovely. The beach is a few steps away from the hotel too and you can get slinger’s and free waiter service from the restaurants / bars. All in all a lovely very ‘easy’ and chilled holiday! Would definitely recommend.
