Aloe Boutique & Suites

We arrived in the early hours and were greeted by a very happy Harry. This set the tone of the whole holiday. I can honestly say that the staff were all amazing , were friendly, professionals and seemed really happy that you were at Aloe. The whole hotel is very relaxing. Our room overlooked the pool and sea. The room is kept so clean by the lovely Nepalese gentleman...apologies didn't get your name but you worked so hard. Plenty of sunbeds, pool area kept clean. Breakfast was wonderful as were all the staff who worked there. Shout out to Fabian who showed us around the breakfast area our first morning and looked after us during our 2 weeks. The lunch and evening menu offered excellent food and I loved my Lemoncello spritz ( thanks to the afternoon staff who made them and delivered them). I can throughly recommend Aloe Boutique Hotel .

This is a charming boutique hotel in the heart of Almeridya just off the beach... the staff were very attentive and helpful. the hotel room was very spacious and comfortable and it was impeccably clean. the breakfast was very good with many Greek dishes to taste. Three nights a week there was live music which made dinner rather enjoyable... the pool area was nice with enough sunbeds to go around. . the fact that it is an adult only place made it very relaxing and quiet... already missing our breakfast with a view...

Great hotel, great staff and super clean rooms. Spent a week here with the family and had a lovely time. Pool was clean and lots of space. All the staff were great and will be back

Fabulous little boutique hotel. Loved everything about it, room was lovely, large and modern with a great shower. Pool area was so peaceful and perfect for a relaxing adults only stay. No problem getting sunbeds at any time of day even in peak season. Steps from a gorgeous, busy beach. One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had, home made granola with Greek yoghurt is a must! Alternative milks available for morning coffee. Fresh lemon to put in your green tea also. Lovely little touches that make all the difference. We didn’t eat in the restaurant in the evening as like to get out and about but menu looked lovely. Lots of lovely restaurants and places for a cocktail right next to hotel. Almyrida is small but perfectly formed. Special mention to all the staff at the hotel, Crete really does have the friendliest people and all the staff were so helpful and seemed genuinely happy. We loved the hotel and the area and will be recommending to friends / family and hope to visit again soon. Thank you Aloe Boutique !

First, the good ! This Hotel is in a fantastic location, literally steps away from the beach and a wide choice of really good restaurants. Rooms cleaned every day, No issues getting a sunbed. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. It is a place I would return too and I would definitely recommend . Now the downside! Running out of drinks in the pool bar for days on end ( coke / ciders / corona ) Might not be everyone’s issue list but for me, a 5 star hotel shouldn’t run out of simple things for 5 days. The only other issue for me that we seemed to be getting charged for drinks we wasn’t even having and one of the days we wasn’t even at the hotel as we went on a day trip ! I questioned this and asked for a copy of my bill Reluctantly after 3 days I got a copy !! Charges eventually removed. I agree mistakes can happen, but 5 times ? To sum up A wonderful relaxing holiday that at some parts of the day seemed like a library round the pool. Great if that’s what you want, like we did. But just keep an eye on your room charges !
