Anais Collection Hotels & Suites

Ist all good visit hotel and tasty food. In the hotel is very nice personel. Good place.

Very spacious room, well equipped. Comfortable beds. The location is excellent for the beach, nearby restaurants and the bus stop. Cleaned every day, towels and bedding changed regularly. We've been to Kato Daratsos many times and would stay here again.

I absolutely loved the time at this place, especially since the entire management and the crew were unbelievably friendly and also professionell at any topic.

My partner and I stayed here for 5 days and it was a lovely experience. The apartment itself was clean, well equipped and very cosy. Though we didn't use the pools (as the beach was only a 2 minute walk down the road!), they looked great and the gym had everything you may need. The stand out for us was the staff - they were incredibly friendly and helpful, always positive and polite. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would stay again if in the area! Thank you :)

We had booked a one bed apartment and was allocated room 123 which was in the main building. Unfortunately for us we had no balcony but instead a table and chairs situated in the main corridor thus allowing little privacy. It was also a very windy spot so we barely sat outside. The room itself needs a bit of TLC. The furniture is dated and the sofa needs Re-covering. Also the grouting in the bath room needs replacing and there has obviously been some water damage to the bottom of the door. The room was dark and had very litttle Natural light. Gym in the main building needs a good clean as there was dust all over the floor. The gym in the third building overlooking the pool was much cleaner and had better equipment. Both gyms could do with cleansing wipes as there was nothing to clean down the equipment after using it. Staff both reception and cleaning staff were very friendly. Apartments in good location near beach although there aren’t many decent restaurants in the area, other than angelos and oreganos (we didn’t try Zen restaurant in the hotel), better to head into Chania on the bus (only €1.30). We wouldn’t stay here again.
