Aqua Blu By Checkin

From the moment we arrived to when we left, we loved our stay. All of the staff from the owners, managers to the cleaners were charming, friendly, helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and things to do etc. We loved the peaceful quiet poolside and loved the way the staff constantly checked you were ok all day long, nothing was too much for them. Marco was brilliant, always smiling. I usually look forward to going home after 9 days, I could easily have stayed at this hotel longer, it felt like home from home. It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and in a good location. We didnt hire a car but managed to get around, taxis are good service and reasonably priced. We will definitely return again. From the moment we arrived to when we left, we loved our stay. All of the staff from the manager to the cleaners were lovely, friendly and will do anything for you. The vibe at this small resort is completely chilled, slow and relaxed. It was so quiet and peaceful all the time, everywhere was really clean and tidy. I slept better here than I do at home, the shower was amazing and we had a hot tub and a good sized outside lounging area too on the balcony which felt very special. Breakfast was great and they had a really good selection that you just choose the night before but can change or add to it in the morning. We spent quite a lot of time at the Bar, thank you Marco :) and although they don't officially have a restaurant they serve snacks till 18:00 everyday and are very good. If we visit Crete int the future we will not hesitate to stay here again.

This was the one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. I like to do a lot of research before travels and I'm so happy I cane across this wonderful, small place. Debi was the most attentive and polite, kind, lovely host we could have asked for. Happy to help us with anything and spoke to us to help us settle in every single day. The staff were also very lovely and helpful. We already can't wait to come back and visit in years to come!

Aqua blu is the most amazing boutique hotel, it is beautifully furnished, so peaceful and the staff treat you like family. They are all so hard working and happy to help. The breakfast is plentiful with lots of choice. Thank you to all of you for making our stay perfect.
