Chrispy Beach

I will write my honest review. Before booking I was a bit dubious for the fact that I had read some negative reviews regarding boring same limited food everyday, noises from nearby construction, and loud music. I prefer good varied food, peace and tranquility. But I ended up booking this hotel. We arrived early. The reception staff were most welcoming. We thought we had to wait till check in time to get our room, but because it was ready before, a lady not only gave us the key and instructions, but accompanied us to our room, showed us around and asked us if everything was up to our liking. Wow. I was already impressed. The room was very big and spacious. The marbled tiles in the bathroom were very nice. The bedroom was nice with beautiful decor, a window and a balcony with partial Seaview. Shower heated water, air conditioning, towels, cleaning, refrigerator were all 10 out of 10. Daily food was varied, delicious, and of excellent quality. Food was different every day from breakfast to lunch to dinner and day after day. I don't understand how some previous reviews said that food was limited or repetitive or boring. This was not for our case and in fact I decided to take photos to upload them here for you to see. Good WiFi, nice swimming pool, nice beach, great views, wonderful sunset from the pool side. All staff are very professional and very nice starting from the reception area, to the housekeeping. Virginia was very helpful when we asked for recommendations where to visit. All staff members are great. I want to thank them all for making our stay super pleasant. Ehhhhh, I almost forgot...... the loud music from the nearby club is only on weekends and not very loud as other reviewers mentioned. You can here it from the pool and beach but not from the room. The room has excellent aluminum with soundproofing and you hear nothing. Regarding the construction site it is almost ready so there are no more noises from there. So, to conclude, not only we found this hotel exceptional but we are already looking in our schedules to book it again to spend some relaxation time again in the coming months. I don't think we could find better in the Chania area.

we traveled with friends . the place was good the sea very very nice.we has allincusive boooking.thefood was boring, the same almostt every day. breakfast was a copywrite.rooms was renovated . staff was very kind and helped us with advice . only the last day sunday 21 of june there was a new reception staff , was rude and unfriendly. we asked abour pick up place, she throw a parer on our face and said <<>>. yes we can read but not know where to go for the bus. but it was nice we think of going again.

we stayed at chrispy beach agia marina only for a few days but if we knew how great it is there we would have booked for more days . from the very first minute everybody was so nice , we had lunch even if it was before our check in time. we enjoyed very much the food , we had meat and vegetables every day . and sweets and cakes and many others desirts. our room was close to the construction place but who cares, we spent the whall days at the sea. we want also to give many thanks to the warm receptionist virginia. she was so helpfull all the time. if she did not give care to us and help us with the details of our trip we would have lost everything . think that our representative could help us, because we had booked it ourselves from home and not through the agency, which is something disliked . but although this virginia found out all that we should do to find our bus. many many thanks to everybody of the staff there . we will be back next year for more and more days . thank you all. renee.

We had sa lovely lovely week at Chrispy Beach. Our room was wonderfull. The beach was wonderfull. We liked all food and drinks and all day free music from the club next to us. Virgine and Yanis were so so nice and helped us every time. We never wanted to leave. We want to be back next sumer. Love you all.

Near beach. New Rooms. Cleaning every day. Good food. Very good pasta. Pasta cooked live. Very nice Staff. Recommend...
