Chrispy Beach

For everyone who like me are first checking the reviews… location is 10 out of 10. If you are looking for something directly on the beach- that is your best option. Food is VERY BAD. DOON’T buy all inclusive because you will be severely disappointed. 1 out of 10. You will end up paying for all inclusive and will go at least twice daily to a restaurant. Staff members are very friendly but the management of the hotel changed at 2024 and are buying the cheapest food and drinks possible. That is why you will see many positive reviews about the food. Apparently the old owner was insisting to keep a high quality food at the restaurant. If you are a foodie like us this may spoil your experience. So room and eventually breakfast will be your best choice

I attended Chrispy Beach Resort with my partner for a week all inclusive holiday. The rooms were beautifully cleaned with lots of storage (only thing was there were no fire alarms). The beach area was lovely and easily accessible to restaurants with a great beach club nearby, the water especially was amazing. However, the beach was not private as advertised and needed to pay €6 a day for beds and a parasol which was okay for us! The all inclusive was unfortunately not great and we chose to eat out instead. The beers were lovely however the cocktails were only served from 5pm and were only a choice of 4 at a time (any regular cocktails were €12 roughly). Bar staff were very lovely! The pool area was very small and held around 20-30 beds/bean bags so we were never able to go around the pool as it was full of families. Pool area was quite dirty and had stains all over the bean bags so the beach worked out very well for us. We got a bus into Chania each day and still had a great time but definitely was not the hotel we had in mind for a 4* resort.

I will write my honest review. Before booking I was a bit dubious for the fact that I had read some negative reviews regarding boring same limited food everyday, noises from nearby construction, and loud music. I prefer good varied food, peace and tranquility. But I ended up booking this hotel. We arrived early. The reception staff were most welcoming. We thought we had to wait till check in time to get our room, but because it was ready before, a lady not only gave us the key and instructions, but accompanied us to our room, showed us around and asked us if everything was up to our liking. Wow. I was already impressed. The room was very big and spacious. The marbled tiles in the bathroom were very nice. The bedroom was nice with beautiful decor, a window and a balcony with partial Seaview. Shower heated water, air conditioning, towels, cleaning, refrigerator were all 10 out of 10. Daily food was varied, delicious, and of excellent quality. Food was different every day from breakfast to lunch to dinner and day after day. I don't understand how some previous reviews said that food was limited or repetitive or boring. This was not for our case and in fact I decided to take photos to upload them here for you to see. Good WiFi, nice swimming pool, nice beach, great views, wonderful sunset from the pool side. All staff are very professional and very nice starting from the reception area, to the housekeeping. Virginia was very helpful when we asked for recommendations where to visit. All staff members are great. I want to thank them all for making our stay super pleasant. Ehhhhh, I almost forgot...... the loud music from the nearby club is only on weekends and not very loud as other reviewers mentioned. You can here it from the pool and beach but not from the room. The room has excellent aluminum with soundproofing and you hear nothing. Regarding the construction site it is almost ready so there are no more noises from there. So, to conclude, not only we found this hotel exceptional but we are already looking in our schedules to book it again to spend some relaxation time again in the coming months. I don't think we could find better in the Chania area.

we traveled with friends . the place was good the sea very very nice.we has allincusive boooking.thefood was boring, the same almostt every day. breakfast was a copywrite.rooms was renovated . staff was very kind and helped us with advice . only the last day sunday 21 of june there was a new reception staff , was rude and unfriendly. we asked abour pick up place, she throw a parer on our face and said <<>>. yes we can read but not know where to go for the bus. but it was nice we think of going again.
