Creteco Hotel & Suites

Where do I start...Legendary Greek "hospitality" where a motel or max 2** hotel, is bumped up to 4*. We booked a One bedroom apartment for 3 people. To our surprise, the rooms are dated (like 1970 dated), the bathroom door is cracked on the bottom part, the tub is yellow, bedding has hairs on it, and everybody knows about it but the client pays for in this case. Viki the receptionist has been great, but Nektarios the owner is totally inflexible, kniws the problems and doesn't want to do anything for the client. I am tired, I want to go and rest, and yet...I am sitting here outside in the sun, wondering where am I going to sleep tonight. DO NOT BOOK. Not a hotel, this is a motel.

We had a great time at the hotel. The hotel was very neat, well-maintained, and clean. The owners and staff were kind and welcoming. If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax with your family, this is an excellent choice.

Spectacular!!! I am travelling a lot all around the World but I never had a perfect experience like that… the team is amazing, the management very friendly so they make a great atmosphere during your stay. Extremely clean rooms, the garden is very beautiful with a lot of different plants and a beverage (kitchen +bar) department is always fresh with seasonal ingredients. 5 Stars! Excellent days during our visit. Thank you so much for your kind hospitality and I wish all the best for all of you 🙏

the apartments are located in a wonderful location, the courtyard is wonderful, peaceful with beautiful surroundings, 2 minutes to the beach, which stretches for about 3 kilometers, the shore is great, we got rooms on 2 floors, they were cleaned every day, the service staff is great, I highly recommend it to everyone, we had to travel a lot but we will definitely want to come back here, We liked it so much that we moved our flight.

I had a lovely six nights in a sea view room with balcony, and am puzzled by some of the reviews. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom modern and well-designed. And the view was spectacular. The pool area is relaxed and surrounded by greenery. with a lovely beach a couple minutes away. But what made my stay as a solo traveller was the 'heart' of the place which is the people. The owner was to hand and always welcoming and helpful, and Panos at the bar was a star. I felt so comfortable sitting at the bar working my way through the excellent cocktails and chatting about all sorts of random stuff. It made my holiday. The food available is good value but if you fancy a change, there are other tavernas in easy distance. I hope to come back!
