Ants in our bed in the middle of the night – very disappointing handling afterwards We stayed at Elios Hill for 7 nights as a family of five. Unfortunately, we experienced an ant problem in our room. We reported it to the hotel, the bedding was changed, and we were told that the room had been treated. I specifically asked several times to make sure the problem had been fully resolved. Two days later, we woke up in the middle of the night to find ants on our bed again. This was extremely unpleasant, especially with three young children, and it ruined our sleep that night and affected the following morning as well. I have clear photos and videos documenting the ants on the bed. After we complained again, the hotel moved our family to another room. I appreciate that they eventually relocated us, but by that point the damage to that night had already been done. Considering the level and price of this hotel, I asked for reasonable compensation for the affected night. I was told by the hotel that because our holiday was booked through Flying Carpet, the compensation request had to be handled through them. Since returning home, I have tried several times to resolve this directly. I contacted Flying Carpet and also contacted the hotel management multiple times by email. Unfortunately, I have received no meaningful response or resolution. I deliberately gave both the hotel and the travel agency the opportunity to handle this privately before writing this review. The hotel has many positive aspects, and I would have preferred to leave a very different review. However, waking up with ants in the bed after the problem had already been reported and supposedly treated was unacceptable. What disappoints me just as much is the lack of follow-up afterwards. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and improves both its handling of such incidents and its communication with guests when something goes wrong.

We stayed for 8 days. Every day there was something new to do. Places for kids waterparks pools theatre. You not even have to go anywhere outside the hotel. If you want to relax this is definitely your destination. Thanks for everything
