Eliros Mare

Skvělý hotel, dražší, velmi mě potěšila nepřítomnost ruských hostí, služby perfektní, čisto, milý, vstřícný personál, krásná pláž. Dovolenou nám hodně kazila přítomnost plavčíků na pláži, kteří od 10-18h neustále pískali na píšťalku a buzerovali lidi, kteří se chtěli koupat. Vlny byly sice větší, ale chování plavčíků rozhodně přehnané.

Location We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Eliros Mare from start to finish. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. We were two families travelling together, a group of 7 in total, and the hotel was perfect for us to enjoy time together while still having plenty of space to relax individually. The hotel is perfectly located, just steps from a beautiful beach with plenty of space to unwind, as well as a peaceful pool area that adds to the overall sense of calm and relaxation. Rooms & Cleanliness The hotel is beautifully maintained, with spotless rooms and lovely grounds throughout. Our room was always kept in excellent condition, with essentials such as coffee and towels replenished daily. A special thank you to Athena, who ensured everything was immaculate and consistently well cared for. Food & Beverage The food was excellent throughout our stay, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options at every meal. There was always something new to try, and the quality remained consistently outstanding. The drinks, entertainment, and overall facilities were equally impressive. A huge thank you to the amazing food and beverage team: * Maria and Yanis (Beach Bar) * Vaggelis, Hazel, Sagar, and the team in the main restaurant * Giorgos (Main Bar) * the chef Eleni who attentively made our vegetarian omelettes and remembered every morning! Every one of them was superb and attentive at all times, always serving with a smile and regularly checking that everything was perfect. Staff & Service What truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. Every single member of the team was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring every guest had an amazing experience. Their kindness, attention to detail, and constant smiles made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Special recognition goes to: * Karolina (Spa) – for amazing, thorough, and professional massages that made for a perfect spa experience * Adrian and Eva (Spa Team) – always welcoming and friendly, managing all our requests effortlessly for our large group of 7 * Dimitris – very helpful with luggage and always ready to assist * Anka and Anastasia (Reception) – a super team, attentive, helpful, and always accommodating with a smile * Olga – truly outstanding, bringing passion and energy to every activity, from aqua gym and Pilates to hiking, while making everyone feel included and remembered (We wish we could mention everyone, because every member of the team deserves recognition!) A small note The only minor issue we experienced was mosquitoes in the evenings. The hotel kindly provided repellents for the room, which helped, but we would also recommend bringing your own spray for extra comfort. Overall Experience Thank you all for making our holiday so memorable. We leave with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return. We would highly recommend Eliros Mare to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with exceptional service, fantastic food, and a truly welcoming atmosphere. Five stars all the way!

We had originally booked another hotel in the area, but as that was fully booked, LoveHolidays transferred us to Eliros Mare (a hotel that did not come up originally in our search)--and that was the best thing ever!! We have been holidaying together as a group for the past 15 years and I can honestly say that this trip was wonderful because of our stay at this particular hotel. We rarely write reviews but this time the hotel and it's team deserved commendation. As a (very fussy!) group of 2 families with 4 teenagers booked in two rooms for 9 nights under the All Inclusive package, this hotel met our expectations beautifully. It is very conveniently located and we were able to easily catch a bus trip to Rethymos and Chania. The beach truly deserves its Blue Flag award with its white sands and clear waters. ALL the staff, from reception to housekeeping to the spa to all the lovely staff in the restaurants and main bar and beach bar were always very kind, friendly and professional! Three of us are pure vegetarian and the restaurant staff fully respected this. There was always a nice array of different foods to choose from. Perhaps one suggestion would be to have a snack bar open till late at night. Also mosquitoes can be an issue, but the rooms were provided with insect repellent which really helped. Do bring one insect spray to apply when you are out and about. Special shout out to: -Reception staff: Anca, Anastasia, Despoina, Vaco, and the very kind Dimitris:) -Spa staff: Ava, Adrian and their team of lovely therapists Anastasia, Olivia, Karolina and the male spa therapist whose name we unfortunately didn't remember.. -Animation team: Especially the bubbly and effervescent Olga!! We loved our aqua aerobics and Pilates classes!! She was especially informative during our trip to the Kourna Lake. -The restaurant staff: The elegant Hazel, the kind Vaggelis, Maria, Giannis, Sagar, Dmitra, Pantelis and the especially chirpy Katerina!! -Barman Giorgis, ever smiling and happy to oblige, and Alexandrios -Last but not least-- Our very lovely, patient housekeeper Athena (rooms 151 and 250) Thank you all, so much for your genuine kindness. Apologies to those that have not been named but still were genuinely nice. You all went above and beyond ! This was truly a memorable holiday for all of us. And if anyone is looking for a space to relax, unwind and recharge in a caring, clean, environmentally aware place--Book Elimos Mare!!!!

Fantastic stay. Beautiful hotel, very clean and excellent quality food. Excellent massage from Anastasia - so relaxing I almost fell asleep. Great service from staff overall.

Barbara and Lech (Poland): this was our third visit to the hotel and it remains welcoming. Impeccable service from check-in to check-out. The room was comfortable, well-equipped and cleaned daily with fresh towels. Efficient air conditioning. The food was tasty and offered a good variety. Service during the meals and at the bars was excellent and professional. We will likely come back next year.
