Pěkný hotel na klidném místě. Super výhled na moře, krásný bazén. K moři na písčitou pláž cca 1 kilometr, ale jezdi tam minibus zdarma. Allinclusive program dostacujici. Ocenili bychom více možností na sportovní aktivity např. fitness , ale jinak s pobytem jsme spokojený

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights on a half board basis. The hotel has a good position for visiting the northern and southern Crete if you have a car. Nice hotel, we really liked it because it is in a quiet are, and there is no noise. The rooms are modern and cleaned every day. All the staff from the reception to the restaurant are very friendly and always ready to help with anything. The food is excellent and varied both for breakfast and dinner. Very tasty and we really enjoyed it. The hotel does not have a beach, although it exit the sea but it does have a swimming pool. It did not bother us because we chose this hotel for its position in order to visit the surrounding places. All recommendations for this hotel.

We were delayed due to flights, and welcomed by a young man, who showed us to our rooms without checking in, we asked for a drink due to travelling, he said he couldn’t. He said “ I’m not a barman” and left us with that, shops not open as too late and no water in the room. When I say I drink I mean water or juice! The room was simply not up to scratch, broken tiles, leaking AC, dirty bed frames and blood stained bedding, black mould around the shower tray and filthy extractor fans. The food was poor, limited selection, that was not replenished, the drinks were supposedly all inclusive but if you wanted something that didn’t taste waster down you had to pay! Cleaning is not daily meaning towels and bedding are not refreshed. I asked for a towel, the manager refused, my partner asked, he refused. We expressed our disappointment and requested a refund for the unused days (we decided we didn’t want to stay on day 2) he refused and said he couldn’t. There was no entertainment, snacks were dry donuts. And the amount of steps is crazy! Nothing in the way of relaxation, and the promised spa is shut. The manager shouted at us profusely, we called family and asked for some money so we could leave immediately! We left, handed the keys into the drop off basket. He laughed in our face and said thank you. We contacted love holidays for a refund, it was refused. The manager claimed we damaged the room, despite our photographs with time stamps of arrival/departure. Waste of time and money!

We had the most amazing stay at Europa Resort Hotel for my birthday, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff went completely above and beyond to make our stay special. They surprised me with a beautiful birthday cake and an amazing cocktail completely free of charge, which was such a lovely and thoughtful touch. The staff were genuinely so kind and welcoming throughout our entire stay. They even gave us lifts to the beach, explained everything thoroughly so we knew where everything was, and went out of their way to help us arrange transport to the airport. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The bar lady was absolutely lovely and so sweet every day. The cleaner was honestly one of the highlights of our stay — she was hilarious and made our mornings every day. She called herself our “grandma” and had us laughing constantly! We are genuinely going to miss her so much. The managers were also incredibly friendly and always on hand to help with anything we needed. And a special mention to the barman who made us a gorgeous special piña colada — it was amazing! The whole atmosphere of the hotel was quiet, peaceful and relaxing, which was exactly what we wanted. What really stood out was how personal and caring the service felt. It didn’t feel like we were just guests; the staff genuinely made us feel welcomed and looked after. Thank you to everyone at Europa Resort Hotel for making my birthday so special and giving us such a memorable stay. We absolutely loved it and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere relaxing, friendly and full of amazing people. We will definitely be back to this beautiful place ❤️

Today is my last staying in Eoropa Hotel in. Panormos. And I can’t help sharing my impressions about the place where I spent almost a week. Europa Hotel is a perfect place for everybody who appreciates their privacy and sophisticated interior, spacious and cosy rooms, tasty food and breathtaking views on the sea which seems to be next to you while standing on the hide balcony in your room or sitting on the terrace having your meal. You don’t have a desire to go somewhere else because all you need is here. I mean comfy lounge zones, two pools under palm trees, a bar, tennis table, etc. Or to go down to the shore and enjoy watching the waves. Thanks to friendly and professional staff you feel relaxed and delighted. The only thing I regret is that I booked my holiday for such short time because the price is really reasonable. It’s a place you will definitely return again
