Pěkný hotel na klidném místě. Super výhled na moře, krásný bazén. K moři na písčitou pláž cca 1 kilometr, ale jezdi tam minibus zdarma. Allinclusive program dostacujici. Ocenili bychom více možností na sportovní aktivity např. fitness , ale jinak s pobytem jsme spokojený

Absolutely loved the last 14 days at the Europa Resort Hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the hotel Manager Yannis....what a star! He gave us lifts to the village, made our room beautiful on arrival after i made him aware it was our wedding anniversary while we were staying there and Absolutely made my wedding anniversary so special, giving us a special set table with wine and cake...it was amazing. The hotel is immaculately clean and the room is made up beautifully every day. The hotel is really good with a beautiful view. Food is good and always a good variety available. Would definitely go back and would highly recommend. Thank you Yannis for a perfect stay!

My partner and I have been very fortunate to stay in this beautiful and well kept hotel. We have been taken good care of and especially the person that we had contact with in the reception named Yanis was with out comparison great! We thank him for suggestions, recommendations and just his kind support throughout our stay.

Incredibly relaxing! Me and my family decided to visit Crete to celebrate my mums 50th birthday. We picked Europa hotel for its location mainly. Prior the arrival I was in touch with reception team to ensure all is well and organised for us. Ioannis was really helpful and went way and beyond to ensure I’m happy with all the arrangements. When we arrived I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was really lovely, just because we all know that the pictures might not reflect the reality. Pool area was wonderful and as we came closer to end of season hotel was not overcrowded. Just what we wanted, a relaxing holiday … Restaurant was nice and the food was good too. Maybe some design updating needed but nothing major. The only criticism will be the coffee machines… I love a good coffee in the morning and would be great to update them. I would probably suggest to have some tea and coffee facilities in the rooms. But it’s just us, we like to have some coffee in the early morning at the comfort of our space, plus would be nice to sit on the patio and enjoy the beautiful views with a coffee/tea in the morning before getting out for breakfast. If you stay in that area you definitely need a car. Hotel has its own car rental so it’s just really handy plus the prices are good. Overall, I just was to say a massive thank you to everyone who did look after us for them 10 days. It was a memorable time and we felt special! Thank you Ioannis and the team.

We had a nice stay with our friends in august, view is great, rooms are nice and spacious, staff was like a family especially Yanis on the reception and all the restaurant staff. Pool is nice, not crowded, you can also rent a car from the hotel in the best price in tow, they,re new and worth it.
