Georgioupolis Suites

All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Facilities were very clean. It was great to have a plunge pool which was larger than we thought and it had a beautiful view of the mountains and water. Having a waterpark was a huge plus for our boys. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the beach facilities were - if choosing all inclusive, you paid for nothing at the beach. There were beautiful covered beds, fruit, drinks, and Prosecco served to you as well as a wonderful beach side bar and restaurant as part of the package; you could also pay as you go and use all beach facilities. While we didn’t use it, there appeared to be plenty of room for chairs by the main pool, and there were always lounge chairs available by the waterslides. Overall, it seemed really well staffed for the number of guests and never felt crowded. There was a wide variety of food every night, always including high quality Greek food, as well as range of other food that made everyone in our family happy. The fruit trays they offer are phenomenal! It was great to be so central for short day trips to Lake Kournas, Chania and Rethymno. Highly recommended.

Just spent 8 nights here and couldn’t rate this place highly enough. The suites are clean, the staff are so friendly and efficient. Special mention for Vasiliki on reception. She was so helpful and friendly and spoke very good English. The beds are large and comfortable and the air conditioning and ceiling fan work really quickly to cool the room down. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff here. There is a little golf kart that can give you a lift down to the beach. Would 100% recommend the bbq night on the beach, food was 10 out of 10. Entertainment was ok. Plenty for younger children but a couple of the after shows were ok. The water park has something for all ages and my daughter had a great time. There is a handy supermarket down the road in Kavros for every day things. Spa was fantastic, partner and I had Cretan massages and probably the best we’ve ever had. Only issue we faced was that the drain in the shower doesn’t drain quickly enough so the water leaks out under the shower door causing all the floor in the room to be wet. Not a massive problem with enough towels. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. New and clean and offhand a lot better than resort next door. Access to both Suites and Resort facilities. Buffet food was fairly monotonous but then again any buffet for a week will be. Friendly staff and good with kids and good level of activities.

You feel very welcome right when you sign in to hotel. You meet helpful staff. Excellent, clean hotel with related atmosphere. Breakfast and Dinner buffet are amazing with huge variety of different sortiment so it is just pleasure to sit down and enjoy the food and surroundings. If pool, beach and Its activities are not enough, you can visit waterpark right next to hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel located near the beach. The buffet offered a fantastic variety of food, and the pool area was spacious and enjoyable, with delicious cocktails. The mattresses were comfortable, and the pillows were of high quality. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great vacation spot.
