Horizon Beach

Amazing hotel on the west side of Plakias, close to the center, opposite the beach with a stunning view of the Libyan Sea. Spacious and spotlessly clean rooms make the stay at the hotel enjoyable. The breakfast is amazing and the staff is very helpful with a smile. We definately stay here again and we recommend it to anyone visiting Plakias.

Kleines Inhaber geführtes Hotel mit Meerblick von allen Zimmern. Die Zimmer sind klein und einfach, Betten OK, wir hatten zwei kleine Balkons und Eckzimmer, allerdings war es uns zu windig zum Draußen sitzen. Das Badezimmer gehört überholt, die Duschtasse war sehr schwarz an den Rändern. Es gibt eine schöne Frühstücksterasse mit Meerblick, einem OK Buffet und Selbstbedienung (auch von Kaffee, Sitzkissen, Getränken).Die Liegeterrasse ist nicht möbliert, daher wenig einladend, man kann sich eine Liege nehmen und aufstellen aber dann "brät" man in der Sonne. Das "Hahn"-Wasser im Hotel ist trinkbar, daher muss man keine Plastikflaschen kaufen. Das viele Plastikwasser überall auf Kreta ist Wahnsinn.

La struttura ,che nel complesso non è male per posizione e presentazione , ci ha dato un senso di angusto nella stanza a pianterreno, non comodissima , con un odore di umidiccio , con fornitura di biancheria giallastra ( per motivi “eco-friendly “ se abbiamo capito bene ) , con patio a vista a tipo ballatoio e parcheggio scomodo . Buona la pulizia ed il wi-fi. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione .
