A wonderful stay with exceptional staff We had a wonderful stay and were made to feel so welcome throughout our visit. Maria Lefka** and Afroditi Tzio** at the pool were amazing—so kind, friendly and always incredibly helpful. We stayed in room 611, and the housekeeping staff were also exceptionally helpful and lovely. A special mention must go to the bell staff Thisseas who helped my husband, who has a fear of lifts, and personally accompanied him up to our room. His patience and kindness were greatly appreciated. The breakfast manager was also fantastic. When we experienced a small issue, he helped us immensely and resolved it quickly, professionally and with genuine care. Our only criticism would be the lifts. They are extremely slow, and there can be quite a wait. As the pool is on the sixth floor, guests rely on them frequently, so this could certainly be improved. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. The wonderful staff are a real credit to the hotel, and we would happily return.

Wonderful experience! I had a facial and a neck massage, and I absolutely loved my experience. Amala was wonderful and did such a great job! I had also come in with severe bruising on my back from a previous massage at another spa in Chania (Spa was called My Massage. Do not go there) and the staff was incredibly helpful in figuring out what treatment would be safe and appropriate given the bruising. I really appreciated how careful and attentive they were. The entire staff was kind,and helpful. Maria at the front desk was especially lovely. I would absolutely recommend this place and would happily come back again!
