Attended the spa and my therapist was Yoandra and she was so incredibly attentive. She checked that the pressure was ok throughout and cannot recommend her highly enough.

My experience in the spa was amazing! It was probably the best massage I have ever had, I had a back neck and shoulder massage and Yoandra’s technique was 10/10 and she worked on all the areas that were causing me pain. I would defiantly recommend! I left feeling so relaxed.

This was the best family holiday we’ve had in years. The hotel is located a little out of the way but 25-30 mins on the regular chania 21 bus which starts and stops outside of the hotel. Staff are really nice, not fake nice, genuinely nice. They do whatever they can for you and if they can’t help, they find a person who can. The views across the bay are amazing- we were in an exec pool room and we had uninterrupted views per the sea all day, and when the cicadas stop, you hear waves crashing all night long. Food is regular and constant. Breakfast lunch and dinner has a fussy eater/kids area but Italian nights followed by other themed evenings never miss. There is a snack bar which does gyros most of the day, although it would be nice to have a bit more in the way of crisps or nuts about, it’s a tiny issue. The hotel itself is immaculate at all times with the pools beautiful. Yes it’s an older more traditional style in places, but that’s ok. Just don’t expect smooth white walls and the like. Minuses - internet is a bit sporadic, a few more snacks and drinks would be good, but small things. We’ve booked to go back for 2 weeks next year, totally chilled
