Minos Imperial Luxury Beach Resort and Spa Milatos

I spent a week here with my partner, and it was surely the best place for two of us to have a romantic trip somewhere far away on a greek island! 😍🇬🇷 It turned out to be even better than the pictures, the food was delicious and variable, and our favorite spot was by the beach, where the Payot bar is 🍷🍸 (btw respect for the good service here). The sea and the beach are just wow 🤌🏻 If you know how to have fun on your own, with the amenities provided, you’ll have a great time on your vacation here. Totally recommend for a chill vacation!! 🧿

Disappointing fake setting, old facilities, very dirty room full of cockroaches, mediocre food, but the worst thing is the people who serve you. All in a bad mood with an indifferent attitude. The bar next to the reception had terrible service, huge queues and they had one bartender for the whole hotel, things At the beach bar it was a little better with the blonde lady who organized everything but... Again, the entertainment was for people who have never left their homes. Third-world.The annoying manager with custody of other managers stands out With a style and arrogance bordering on ridiculousness and he keeps the already minimal staff busy giving orders to be served while we were eating next to him Twice, once in Greek, once in Olivia (we understood him from the Rolex, the arrogant style and the way the staff behaved) Overall it was an unpleasant experience, like going to a place that is in ruins but has Marie Antoinette-like figures walking around Like the manager with his custody that I mentioned earlier .Overall it's not worth the money there are much better options in Elounda Or on the peninsula with the same money, I do not recommend it under any circumstances, avoid it at all costs.

This was genuinely the best spa experience I’ve ever had! Not only because of the amenities but also the staff there. Popi and Christina took amazing care of my partner and I. We got great discounts and they helped us with so much extra treatments that were needed for no extra charge, you can tell they genuinely enjoyed their jobs and wanted to help us. Our massages were done by Migena and Elpi and they were amazing! I would 150% recommend the wellness spa, thank you so much for making our experience great Popi❤️.

On arrival, the night staff were lovely and room was stunning. No hot water in our room and it took 5 complaints and 4 days to fix the cold water plus the our outdoor hot tub had no plug which also took many trips to reception to rectify. The setting of the hotel is beautiful and many pools to choose from..however only the bar by reception and payar bar was open. We had the Olivia bar right outside our room which was never open so to get a drink you'd probably want to base yourself at main pool. Im never normally a fussy eater by any stretch of the imagination, however the food has been so awful, I've barely managed a few mouthfuls and refused to eat the food at the hotel after 3 days so have either gone to a bar about 10 minute walk away for food or lived off crisps from the shop costing 4 euro per bag. The a la carte restaurant we went to was just as rubbish with food so decided not to try any of the others on site as other guests have said its not great. I went to reception to ask for a sandwich today as I couldn't eat the food in the buffet, we didnt fancy going to the next village today and spending lots on food again, and they told me I had to go to shop and buy one as the sandwiches are only for late arrivals. Overall, I wouldn't recommend. As much as it's beautiful where it's located, the rooms are nice, but ive spent more on food being at this 5 star all inclusive than I have being in a self catering property. Plus the cold water for half the holiday and no sort of compensation for that or even a kind gesture to apologise for the inconvenience has left us considering for our next holiday that we really look into self catering vs all inclusive.
