Minos Imperial Luxury Beach Resort and Spa Milatos

We have been visiting the hotel for 9 days and we have been impressed with our perfect holiday package. We have experienced an excellent hospitality and have been very welcoming by its staff. The room and the venue is constantly looked after and constantly cleaned. The bar tenders were amazing we had lots of cocktails and drinks, excellent service. Maria and Sunny did a great work. There easy an excellent beach service. Special shoutout for Arina who actually made our holidays on the beach as she was excellent with the drinks services constantly delivering drinks to our sunbeds. We will definitely be back!

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. In my opinion, the property feels old, poorly maintained, and neglected. The overall standard of service was far below what I expected, and many members of the staff appeared inexperienced. The biggest disappointment was that, after the payment at reception, I felt that guests were largely ignored whenever problems arose. Instead of feeling welcomed and cared for, I felt like the hotel was only interested in collecting the money and not in providing the level of service it promises. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had, and I would not recommend it based on my personal experience. Plus was very disappointed by the behavior of a staff member named Arina. During my visit, she repeatedly insisted on taking customers' mobile phones in order to leave reviews herself. I found this extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. Reviews should always reflect the genuine opinions of customers, not be written by someone else using their devices. This experience seriously affected my trust and left a very negative impression.

During my stay, I have been very disappointed with the overall quality of the hotel and the services provided. The food options are very limited, and meal times are restricted, making it difficult to enjoy the all-inclusive experience. The drinks served are of very poor quality, with imitation spirits and soft drinks that do not taste like the original brands. The entertainment programme is very limited and does not meet the standard expected from a resort of this category. My biggest concern is the spa. The staff were unprofessional, and I felt they were only interested in persuading guests to spend more money. After payment, their attitude became rude and unfriendly, particularly the lady who appeared to be managing the spa. In addition, the spa was not clean and there was visible mould in several areas, which is unacceptable for a wellness facility. The guest rooms also require attention. There were mosquitoes in the room, and the minibar contained no complimentary drinks apart from one bottle of water. Any additional drinks had to be purchased separately, despite the poor quality available. Overall, I feel that too much emphasis is placed on charging guests for extra services rather than providing a good customer experience. I expected a much higher standard of hospitality, cleanliness and professionalism from this hotel, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing.

Perfect place,was here with my wife.Grrat sea,feels like paradise,everyrhing clear,stuff are really friendly,my say special thanks for Arina(girl on the beach) she is really BRILLIANT of this place!I cant imagine how under 30' if hot she is positive and with smile and jokes!Also thanks to a Payot team-amazing workers!We will defenefly come back:)
