New and nicely decorated hotel. Unfortunately doesn’t give a five star experience. Most of the staff is polite and nice and the breakfast buffet is good. Sunbeds are nice and pool area clean. Room was very small and didn’t have any space for luggage or clothes. We booked bigger room but this was what we got. Shower doesn’t give any privacy as it has only see-through doors. The room is ok for one night, not for longer stay. Jacuzzi is placed on a balcony facing pool area, so it has no privacy. The gym was a big disappointment and it does not match the pictures shown. It is a very small room with no windows at all. For us this resort was overall a disappointment and it does not meet the five star standards.

Nalu resort and spa is beautiful and comfortable with incredible staff. The attention to detail was clear as soon as we entered, amazing smells and fresh towels and a very warm greeting. The food every day was varied and amazing. The jacuzzi in our room was perfect. The views from the pool and sunbeds to the sea are stunning. We have stayed in so many hotels and this is one of the very best! Staff offered us their bottle opener, brought us welcome drinks of aromatic iced tea, and helped us choose the best food at dinner (gluten free). Overall our experience was relaxing and fun, we especially enjoyed a half day in the spa with massages, and also just reading on the beach in the beds they have put there! 10/10

Really awful... I must admit that I have never had such an experience, whereas I travel a lot. We checked-in quite late and were guided to the room - I double-confirmed with the person whether it it our room for the stay (the person confirmed). The next day before midday we got a call from the reception saying "are you ready to change the rooms?". We were extremely puzzled by this question... We followed-up at the reception with the manager and we were told that this was the upgrade for one day only... After multiple back and forth with the manager (who was very unfprosessional and hostile trying to use various psychological tricks like "i don't want the person to be fired as he is a good guy" etc. - which I found really obnoxious), we were downgraded from the room to another and the room we had initially was given to some couple who apperead to be influencers or something similar (not really my thing). After very long discussions with managers, they agreed to reimburse us for the first night. The room we were given later was under maintenance when we were told "it is ready" (so we had maintenence people while being already in the room, later the manager came again). The room overall was super noisy, private pool was extremely cold, someone came when to the room when were not in and left the balcony door opened (luckily nothing was missing), the "do not disturb" was obviously on. Definitely not worth the price. The only second star is that after a couple of emails and calls to the hotel, they sent the money they promised. But it took a couple of weeks... To sum it up - never again this hotel...
