The hotel was absolutely perfect! It is ideally located near Heraklion, with excellent bus connections, while the resort itself is beautifully designed and situated in a peaceful, quiet setting. The service was outstanding, and the food in the two restaurants exceeded all expectations. It was far above the standard usually found in all-inclusive hotels and left nothing to be desired. The rooms are very modern, featuring private pools and high-quality furnishings that create a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. Although the hotel does not have its own beach, a shuttle service takes guests to a stunning beach in just three minutes. There is a private hotel section as well as a beach bar offering a wide selection of food and drinks, accompanied by excellent service. Overall, we were more than satisfied with our stay and can highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality vacation experience.

The spa was amazing and in particular Nancy who gave me a facial - absolutely amazing in every way. I had the Total Lift. Highly recommended!
