I have stayed at Pnoe several times now and every time is complete bliss. It is so quiet, peaceful and having your own private pool is such a luxury. Very tranquil. The hotel is immaculately clean, the facilities are first class, everything is comfortable and the food is fantastic. For breakfast, the selection is vast and everything is fresh and plentiful. The coffee is very good. The cocktails are also lovely. But the best thing about this hotel that real makes it stand out is the customer service. Every single member of staff is kind and welcoming. They always greet you with a smile. I’m a female solo traveller and I always feel completely safe and looked after here. I will continue to return. The spa is also magical. Anastasia the masseuse is brilliant. There is a shuttle to the beach a v short ride away, quickly available. No stress. I found myself slightly reluctant to give this review because it feels like a secret oasis - I don’t want too many people knowing about it!

The hotel is new, smart, and beautifully designed, with great attention to details. The service is outstanding. Every staff member, in every area, greets you with a genuine smile and a real desire to help—something truly rare. Surprisingly, the proximity to the airport adds to the unique atmosphere, blending with the quiet, the colors, and the overall sense of harmony and calm. The food is simply outstanding—rich variety, excellent flavors, and a strong sense of local authenticity without compromising quality. The all-inclusive experience is highly recommended, with noticeable generosity in every detail. The spa is amazing !!! Great and professional staff! We came for a romantic weekend and left feeling completely reset. Highly recommended.
