Rethymno Mare & Water Park

The kindness of the staff really stood out during our stay. Every request was handled quickly, and the service always came with a smile. The pools and gardens were kept in excellent condition.

The holiday was advertised, marketed, and sold to us as a 5-star package holiday. Based on this description and the premium price paid, we reasonably expected accommodation, facilities, service standards, and overall holiday experience consistent with a genuine 5-star rating. Unfortunately, upon arrival and throughout our stay, it became apparent that the hotel and overall holiday experience fell significantly below the advertised standard. In our opinion, the accommodation was closer to a 2-star property rather than a 5-star resort. The condition of the facilities, quality of service, cleanliness, food, maintenance, and overall guest experience failed to meet the expectations. Drinks were substandard

Very disappointing experience - do not recommend Extremely disappointing experience for a 5 star rated location. I had to change the room twice due to the poor conditions. I found the bed linen and towels dirty, the mattress dirty and even the topper in an unhygienic condition. What surprised me even more was the attitude of the manager, who asked me why I had put the bed linen aside. I think it is absolutely normal for a customer to check the bed and expect the bed linen to be clean. For a 5 star property, I expected a completely different standard of cleanliness, hygiene and service. The fact that I had to change the room twice is unacceptable. Unfortunately, our experience has nothing to do with what you would expect from a 5 star rated location.

This hotel is very special, not because of the hotel itself, but because of its wonderful and friendly staff, especially the young man Dhimitri Paço. He is an extremely kind and warm-hearted person who makes this hotel exceptional simply by working there. His kindness and friendly attitude truly make a difference.

We had such a relaxing stay. The water park was a big hit with the kids, while the adults enjoyed the quieter pool areas. The room was comfortable, the staff were welcoming, and the food offered plenty of choice.
