Rethymno Mare & Water Park

The hotel offered a mix of comfort, great service, and stunning sea views. Everything felt well thought out, from the pool areas to the evening events. We left with wonderful memories and new friends!

The room was very comfortable and thoughtfully prepared. What stood out most was the positive attitude of the staff, who always greeted guests with a smile.

Location is only 1h15min at hanias airport. Atmosphere was great. Workers are friendly and they will help if you got any problems. Local people are so open and helpful there. Rooms are clean and cleaners come everyday. Noise level is ok and this is hotel where is childrens too so there will be always noice. Ameneties there are 2 shop near hotel only about 500m travel. Car rent place next to hotel close to beach bar. You can take bus or taxi to go rethymno centrum and by bus it takes about 20-30min to travel there and cost about 2.6e. There is waterpark at hotel, beach next to hotel where is beach bar too. Food is exellent there and drinks. They got non alcohol drinks for kids too. This hotel is cheap for allinclusive hotel and you can take private pool room if you want own privacy there. I have been this hotel four times and once per year. I just love this hotel and why change hotel when you find exellent hotel. First year we went there as our honeymoon, then next two year with kids and this year we were at hotel two weeks with my wife. Next year again two weeks.

Rooms were dirty and smelled like mold. Food was ok. Service was average, some of the weiters made us feel uncomfortable. All the pool activities were in French and one of the activity leaders shouted in my ear, and on another occasion dragged me toward the pool while I was lying on my sun bed. Not cool. Only good thing about this hotel was the older gentleman at the lounge bar, true gentleman.

From the start to the very end, everything felt smooth, relaxing, and full of joy. This hotel knows how to create lasting holiday memories. We left already planning our next visit!
