I honestly cannot recommend Soho Blue City Hotel enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay in Crete special. It’s not often you come across a team that genuinely cares so much about their guests. A special mention has to go to the amazing manager, Mr. Kiriakos. He was absolutely fantastic! Nothing was ever too difficult for him, and he went out of his way to assist us whenever we needed anything. His hospitality and kindness really stood out and made us feel so welcome. And I have to mention — he makes the best Mojito in Crete! 🍹😄 Lilian (I’m so sorry if I’ve got your name slightly wrong!) was such a lovely and friendly receptionist. She was always welcoming, helpful and full of great advice. She knows Crete so well and recommended some beautiful restaurants and beaches nearby. She even became my personal photographer during our stay! 😂📸 Thank you for all the laughs and for making us feel so comfortable. The kitchen staff were also amazing. I built such a lovely rapport with them that, by our last morning, I could ask the cook to prepare our favourite breakfast and they were more than happy to do it. That personal touch really meant a lot to us. The hotel was always clean and spotless, the breakfast was amazing. Honestly, every member of staff deserves a huge thank you. They were all friendly, hardworking, welcoming and genuinely went the extra mile for their guests. Their warmth and hospitality are what made this stay so memorable. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of Hersonissos, just a few minutes’ walk from the shops, beach and countless restaurants. Everything is right on your doorstep, making it a perfect base for exploring and enjoying Crete. But what truly makes Soho Blue City Hotel special is its people. The staff made us feel more like friends than guests, and their kindness will stay with us long after our holiday. Thank you to every single member of the Soho Blue City Hotel team for making our time in Crete so memorable. I don’t know where to start! What an incredible hotel with friendly people. So attentive and they really look after you. I was genuinely upset to leave last night! The food is incredible, loved the iced coffees! KIRIAKOS you are amazing at how you go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome! We will definitely be back!

Wow. Just wow. The hotel is spotless, pool area beautiful and chilled, rooms are modern and clean, food and drinks great. But what makes this place extra extra special is the staff. They are the most kind people. They were incredible with my children. The breakfast every day was just gorgeous. Very tasty. It is family run, and they care about their guests. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel we have ever visited. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and always happy to help with a smile. The level of customer service was outstanding. The hotel itself is spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained. Our room was comfortable, stylish, and cleaned to a very high standard every day. The food was excellent, with a fantastic variety at every meal, and there was always something new to try. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and the centre of Hersonissos, yet peaceful enough to enjoy a relaxing holiday. What really made our stay special was the atmosphere. The whole team works so hard to make every guest feel valued, and it truly shows. We left with wonderful memories and are already planning to come back. A huge thank you to everyone at Soho Blue City Hotel for making our holiday unforgettable. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Crete. Five stars aren't enough!

Kiriakos and his team at the Blue City Hotel Soho simply deliver on every level. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are modern, and the beds are seriously comfortable. Service is friendly and unobtrusive — there when you need it, invisible when you don't. The pool is generous, the gardens gentle and inviting, and breakfast is fantastic. All at a genuinely great price. I can't recommend this place highly enough.
