Beautiful and clean resort. Lovely and close to the beach and with so much to do inside and so much nearby outside. Pools are stunning and there are lots of loungers so no need to fight over them or have to get up incredibly early to secure one! Staff are incredibly friendly and more happy to help with any issues. WiFi connection is also really strong.

TUI Suneo Althea Village was the perfect choice for our holiday! This hotel has everything we wanted and more – delicious food, stunning beaches nearby, fantastic pools, and such welcoming staff who made us feel at home right away. The food is a standout – there’s a great variety of fresh, flavorful options at every meal. From local Greek dishes to international favorites, each meal was a delight, and we always looked forward to what was next! The nearby beaches are absolutely beautiful. Just a short walk away, they have crystal-clear waters and soft sand, ideal for relaxing or taking a dip. Plus, the pools at the hotel are spacious and spotless, with plenty of loungers. There’s a lively area with activities and a quieter side for total relaxation – something for everyone! The staff here are so friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. They really made our stay special with their warm and attentive service. Another big bonus is the hotel’s proximity to Chania, an amazing city with so much charm and history. It’s super easy to get there by bus, which stops nearby, making it perfect for a trip to explore the old town, markets, and waterfront. Everything about TUI Suneo Althea Village was amazing – from the food and pools to the location and incredible cleanliness. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with great food, amazing beaches, and easy access to Chania, this is the place to be!

we love this hotel and keep on going back as it has everything that we want. the grounds are spotless - in fact everywhere is so clean and tidy. the rooms and gardens are really nice and the flowers and trees are well looked after. the food is great and has plenty of choice - the greek salads are to die for with so much choice. the hotel is well placed for access to different beaches and walks to a few different villages and we love the beach walk into chania. all the staff are amazing and even the hotel manager is often seen walking around and speaking to the guests - a real family touch. it was the last week of the season whilst we were there but there was still plenty of choice in the restaurant

Brilliant hotel, really good food and although end of season still lots of choice, very clean, friendly staff and management who made us feel very welcome. Good location with lots of beaches and within walking distance of other villages as well as main town of Chania

Our stay at Althea Village was an unforgettable experience that will stay with us for a long time. From the very start, we were welcomed by an incredibly warm and helpful staff who took care of every detail to make us feel special. The hotel offers a perfect location – close to both beautiful beaches and charming towns that invite you to stroll and explore. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with a balcony offering a picturesque view of the garden and pool. Each day, the bed linens and towels were freshly changed, reflecting the high standards of hygiene and attention to guest comfort. The food was another highlight of Althea Village. The buffet was diverse and delicious, and every day we had the chance to try something new – from local Greek specialties to international dishes. The entertaining animation program provided activities for both adults and children, making every day at the hotel full of enjoyment. Althea Village is the perfect place to relax and experience the charm of Crete. I highly recommend it to anyone dreaming of a holiday filled with comfort and beautiful memories!
