this hotel is not 4 star it should only be 2 stars very poor hygiene pools dirty and no filtration system no lifeguard linen never change food could and very poor quality and variety you have to clear you own table of dirty plates etc drinks are served in paper cups and diet drinks unavailable at most times told if you want sugar free use soda water avoid at all times locals all say worst hotel in Kolymbia STAY AWAY

The stay at the hotel went without any problems. The staff took royal care of us. A beautiful and picturesque place. The hotel staff is smiling and ready to help.
