Cook's Club Ialyssos Rhodes

We recently stayed at cooks club and we really enjoyed ourselves. The staff were very friendly, place was very clean and the food was amazing. The only downside is that the aircon does not stay on for longer than half an hour at a time. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves! Will definitely be returning.

We had the most amazing stay in June! We visited Rhodes for 4 nights and chosen Cooks Club due to previous stays in the same chain hotel! This Cooks Club was best so far! What makes it special is AMAZING, friendly, attentive, and fabulous STAFF! Well done to the one that runs this place as everyone knows what they doing and they do it well! Hotel is spotlessly clean, bf is more than you need, cocktails are DELICIOUS! I would highly recommend and will definitely be back! Thank you for having us and looking after us!

This hotel is beautiful very chilled modern vibe , we had a bungalow garden room & it was a good size right next to the pool , I would say it is mainly for under 40s however as a couple in our 60s we had a fabulous time , the staff at this hotel are amazing & nothing is too much trouble a massive shout out to the following staff who made our holiday , from the bar Michael & Debbie are a credit to this hotel & the two young guys on Reception couldn’t have been more friendly & helpful Stelios & Klevis ,Well done Cooks Club in general you have created a lovely haven for holiday makers ⭐️

We stayed at Cooks Club Ialysos 8 days. We had a room with a jacuzzi on the 3rd floor with a sea view The first day we got the room, we noticed that the air conditioning couldn't be set colder than 24 degrees, which is really hot inside, when it's also 25-30 degrees outside. We went to the reception to ask about it, they said it's the same temperature in every room. If the hotel page says the hotel has air conditioning, I expect to be able to adjust the temperature myself. They asked if we wanted a fan and we said yes. They brought it to our room and when we tried it later it wouldn't turn on and the fan part was hanging down and wouldn't stay in any other direction. We went to tell the reception about this too and they didn't believe us and wanted to come and check it out themselves. They said it was broken so when we said so we got a new one in the end. One day we had left early for some business and came back to the room around 1pm and when we entered there was some unknown man there? He wasn't wearing hotel clothes but said he was looking at the air conditioner. I find it a bit strange that an unknown man has entered our room and we haven't been informed, I find it very uncomfortable. You could smoke cigarettes and e-cigarettes in the pool, which was really disgusting in 30 degrees and as an asthmatic it was a pain, and the whole time you smelled of cigarettes. The pool area was also completely full and if you didn't go at 8-9 in the morning to reserve a place, you wouldn't get a place for the rest of the day. It's a good thing people weren't having sex in the pool when couples are hanging out there. The music in the pool was also really loud which gave me a headache. The hotel had a small shop run by a mother and daughter. We went to buy something under €10 with a €50 note, at first the woman gave us too little back and when we told her about it she started arguing and after a long argument we took out a calculator and showed her and finally she agreed to give us the correct amount back. I also got food poisoning from the hotel food. I know it was from the hotel because we didn't really eat anywhere else. The hotel breakfast was also the same every morning and boring. When taking a shower the entire toilet floor flooded up to the bathroom door which was disgusting when you wanted to go to the toilet you couldn't for the rest of the day if you had taken a shower because the floor took many hours to dry. There was also no hand soap in our room, and there were French fries in the jacuzzi? Really disgusting We stayed on the 3rd floor and there was one door that only led to the balcony which was not for anyone, the door was apparently broken and banged back and forth all day and night and we couldn't sleep at night because of it. Also the first day we got the room there was someone else's hair tie in the room. I thought I would have a relaxing stay at this hotel, but it really didn't work out. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Just returned from cooks club .. Had a lovely time . Staff amazing helpful and very hardworking . As previous reviews have commented spotlessly clean . Food good especially bao buns 😋. Unfortunately though what spoilt my stay was the air-conditioning. I did ask at reception why was it turn itself off after 20 minutes and was told it sits at a set temperature . My sleep was minimal which ruined the holiday . I think room temperature is personal choice especially as a paying customer and this is the first time I have come across this.
