I have to tell you about a very cute guy who helped us with our luggage when we went to the grocery store every time and every time he saw us he did everything he could to help us. His name is bryce. Number 1!!!!!

Just came back from an amazing week at this hotel.The staff are all incredibly friendly and work so hard to make your stay a holiday to remember. The resort was clean and our room was cleaned daily with towels replenished twice a day. If we did see any rubbish strewn around it was due to individuals just leaving their debris lying around and it was quickly cleared away by hotel staff. The food in the buffet was well presented, varied (including vegan selection) and tasty. Unlike other hotels we have visited the food here was not left for long periods under heat lamps so always looked fresh.The A La Carte (we tried Masari and Kavos)restaurants were incredible.Try and book on the App before you go. As there were so many pools it never felt crowded and sun beds always available. We never had to wait very long for drinks and in fact at the pools near Rodini bar the staff regularly walked around the pool taking orders and bringing them to your sun bed, as they also did with the poolside food service.Measures were not stingy to the extent we asked for them to use less alcohol. Daily we would be offered frozen grapes and ice lollies around the pool. If you want a totally relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings then this is the hotel for you. The outdoor cinema was a nice touch .Not a complaint more a suggestion maybe offer more films during the week as this is such a lovely thing to do. Would we come back definitely.

Excellent hotel, with wonderful food and very friendly helpful staff. Shout out for Gregory the Sommelier who was very knowledgeable and made a la carte dining a great experience. Lovely pools and comfortable rooms. Drinks from the bar were a bit slow but we were early in the season. We would return as we had a fantastic holiday. Loved the Ella bag, such a nice touch. So easy to get into Rhodes Town.

We recently spent a week at the Ella Elissa adults only hotel and can I say thank you so much for a truly amazing time. All of the staff were exceptional, especially Mike at the pool bar, and Gregory, with his exceptional knowledge of wine, who was always on hand to assist us choosing. We also did the wine tasting with him, that was amazing, a genuine, very important part of your team. Rooms were always clean, with fresh towels daily. The alacarte restaurants were superb, excellent service and exceptional food. One again thank you to all your staff, that were also very helpful, and welcoming.
