Lindos Grand Resort & Spa

Beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Well equipped and clean rooms. Pool area is lovely and service for drinks was good, the app for ordering is great. We ate at Takara one evening which has great views and food. Easy taxi into Lindos, €15. Short walk to beach below and spent some time in Banana Beach bar too. Would 100% stay here again, thank you for a special birthday stay!

From the moment we arrived we wished to stay longer. We booked directly through the resort and we are upgraded to a junior suite sea view with private pool. The whole experience was amazing. The resort was recently built. Everything is new. The resort has a private beach. Also the swimming pool is amazing, I thank all the staff, and Maria who welcomed us and shared information with us. Hope to go back soon!

The location is amazing, The hotel has a beach view free beds and he is 2 minutes walk away. The room was beautiful and we get an upgrade for room with private pool that was amazing too. The breakfast was rich The staff helped with everything. The public infinity pool had a view for the sea and the island. We recemnd to visit in this hotel!!!

This hotel is definitely not a 5 Star hotel. Our experience didn’t start very well with having a door that didn’t lock correctly and therefore we didn’t feel safe in the room, although this was rectified the following morning, the attitude of the Manager was very disappointing and he showed no empathy to our lack of security. The following day, we ordered food at the pool bar, after waiting towards a hour, the food arrived cold and inedible. At this point we were extremely dissatisfied and spoke with the customer relations manager, who listened to the problems we had encountered within our first 18 hours and we were extremely satisfied with how she resolved our personal issues. However regarding the hotel being a 5 star, in our eyes it definitely isn’t. The room we had, had plenty of issues. The fridge didn’t shut easily unless you gave it a hard push, the opening of the patio door was behind a pillar in the room, which made it difficult to get to. We couldn’t believe there was not a full length mirror in the room, the only mirror in the room was behind a TV. The TV was not wall mounted, it was sat on the dressing table, therefore the TV covered the mirror, which made it extremely difficult to do hair and makeup. Even a budget hotel in the UK provides a full length mirror and a dressing table with a mirror. The bathroom in the room had a number of issues. The door handle was only partially covered, a tile was cracked and missing behind the toilet, there was grouting marks at the top of the tiles and gaps between the wall and ceiling. When we arrived, there were toothpaste splashes on the tiles around the sink and the complimentary soap dispenser had fallen off the wall. This was still off the wall when we checked out after 7 days. These are maintenance issues and the cleaner should have reported all of these problems when they were aware of them. Another reason why it isn’t a 5 star hotel. The toilets in the communal areas, again very disappointing, the toilet flush covers had been removed and left to the side on the wall, therefore you had to push the plastic flush yourself. Toilet paper pushed into the flush.. why I don’t know, but again maintenance issues, why hasn’t anyone resolved them. We used the buffet restaurant for breakfast. We had dirty cups on one morning, although it was replaced immediately, this hotel claims to be 5 star and therefore crockery should be doubled checked before it is put out on the tables. Although coffee/tea is supplied at the table, you had to keep having to get the eye of the servers for your drink and any future top ups. We were also extremely disappointed that if you wanted a fresh omelette, you had to pay 12 euros, this is the first 5 star we have been to that you had pay extra for a fresh omelette. After all the issues we suffered across this hotel, we definitely will not return and most definitely do not recommend.

This is the best hotel in the world . We came with friends. The staff is amazing from the restaurant to the bars and to reception thank you all ! Special mention to Michael , Angelina, Maria and Dorothy have helps us with everything . Breakfast is amazing and the pool area has stunning view !
