Domes Novos Santorini, Autograph Collection

All of the staff were brilliant from start to finish. My wife made the comment that if a guest here doesn’t get everything they want, they must not have asked because they are so happy to do anything for us. Reception employees were helpful and it was a nice touch that the Concierge would often be seen at breakfast asking if we needed any guidance and suggestions for our day ahead. The guys that would park and bring our car around were quick and always friendly. The only staff member that I wrote down the name to remember was Yannis Moutikas (Group Food and Beverage and Manager). He could be seen at meal times training new staff and having conversations with guests about their day experiences, and the excellent food and wine suggestions (he encouraged me to try a complimentary sweet wine to finish my meal and it was excellent). Food – Breakfast buffet was very good. The a la carte breakfast menu was especially good. The shuttle bus was a bit hit and miss with timing, but they put the service on for free, so can’t really complain. Location, can’t really walk into town due to narrow road and no footpath. Beautiful location looking out to the sea. Rooms were modern with plenty of space. Complimentary coffee, tea and water were provided when we checked in but not topped up when the room was serviced. I’m sure if we asked that it would have been provided but would have been good for housekeeping to do this. We visited very early for their season (first week of April), and the weather was hit and miss, but nice that the towns and roads weren't as busy. We would have enjoyed sitting out on the nice patio and sun-chairs more. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I were visiting Santorini, and it has made me aware to look out for Autograph Collection locations with Domes.

The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simply superb, an excellent choice and quality of food available every morning. The villas are really lovely and super modern. We also had an issue with our transfer driver not appearing (this was not a hotel related issue) and the hotel staff were exceptional in resolving a problem that wasn’t even theirs to resolve. They did such an amazing job in getting us to our ferry on time (thank you SO much!!). The hotel manager (Christopher) is very composed and highly professional. Thank you all once again!

Our stay was excellent. Each room has their own swimming pool. The amenities were definitely five star. The best part was the professionalism, courtesy and extremely helpful attitude of all staff. They went out of their way to accommodate us. Some of the services that were chargeable were given to us on a complimentary basis. The views of the ocean were excellent. Highly recommend it if you are visiting Santorini!

Excellent stay! The gorgeous smell we were created with in reception, wish I could take it home. The food was delivered perfectly and tased amazing. The staff are attentive and no issue isn’t resolvable. Book for a massage, mine was so relaxing. The rooms catered to more than our needs. The bed was dreamy and the products were amazing. Had a room with a pool which my 16yr old loved and jumped straight into upon arrival. Excellent all round. High recommend.

Everything about the Domes Novos Santorini exceeded expectations, from the high standards in cleanliness, excellent food choices and exemplary staff who were eager to please and dealt with any queries or concerns speedily and efficiently. On one occasion our room had not been cleaned, so I contacted reception to report this. Someone was sent to resolve this within a few minutes and although it transpired that I had activated the "do not disturb" button in the room by accident, the duty manager delivered a bouquet of flowers to our room with an apology which was above and beyond - amazing service. The facility to communicate with reception via WhatsApp was also a great touch - we used this to request a reservation at a particular restaurant outside of the hotel, as well as to arrange a transport back to the hotel following a night out - again, what great service!
