Excellent stay! The gorgeous smell we were created with in reception, wish I could take it home. The food was delivered perfectly and tased amazing. The staff are attentive and no issue isn’t resolvable. Book for a massage, mine was so relaxing. The rooms catered to more than our needs. The bed was dreamy and the products were amazing. Had a room with a pool which my 16yr old loved and jumped straight into upon arrival. Excellent all round. High recommend.

Everything about the Domes Novos Santorini exceeded expectations, from the high standards in cleanliness, excellent food choices and exemplary staff who were eager to please and dealt with any queries or concerns speedily and efficiently. On one occasion our room had not been cleaned, so I contacted reception to report this. Someone was sent to resolve this within a few minutes and although it transpired that I had activated the "do not disturb" button in the room by accident, the duty manager delivered a bouquet of flowers to our room with an apology which was above and beyond - amazing service. The facility to communicate with reception via WhatsApp was also a great touch - we used this to request a reservation at a particular restaurant outside of the hotel, as well as to arrange a transport back to the hotel following a night out - again, what great service!

One of -- if not THE -- best hotel experiences of my life! I traveled with a friend -- it was our first time in Greece. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, my room was upgraded to an incredible villa, the breakfast buffet and dinners were excellent, the spa is amazing... I could go on and on. It's extremely clean and quiet. It's about a 10 minute walk to Oia, which we loved since it was super close and easy to go there but still felt secluded and quiet. I truly hope to come back again someday, it made our first trip to Greece absolutely spectacular.

We had a heated private pool, which was a huge highlight — perfect for relaxing any time of day, especially with the peaceful atmosphere surrounding the property. Breakfast was fresh, high quality, and full of variety. One recommendation: try the banana colada smoothie — absolutely delicious and a standout from the entire trip! What really made the stay special was the exceptional staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, creating a relaxed and luxurious atmosphere from check-in to check-out. If you’re looking for a pristine, peaceful retreat in Santorini with top-tier service, private pools, and a breakfast worth waking up for, I highly recommend Domes Novos.

We had a fantastic stay at Domes Novos Santorini – it exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is absolutely stunning, just a 15-minute walk from the heart of Oia, yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. Our room was modern, comfortable, and cleaned daily to a high standard. The breakfast was of excellent quality with a great variety to suit everyone – a perfect start to each day. What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone we met was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. A special mention goes to Marietta in the kids club – she was amazing with the children. Kind, patient, and attentive, she kept the kids engaged with fun and creative activities that they looked forward to every day. Marietta made the kids club feel like a personal stay, giving each child individual attention and creating a warm, welcoming environment. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to Oia, which was very convenient. Just be sure to book it a few hours in advance as it can get busy during peak times. We would highly recommend Domes Novos Santorini to families and couples alike – whether you’re looking to explore or just unwind, this place has everything you need for a perfect holiday.
