What a lively relaxing break. ..room was very spacious and very comfy beds. Wine was superb along with the food and service. The grounds were kept very well. The location into Oia to see those Caldera views was a short 15min stroll so great location. definately return. could not fault this hotel

We loved staying at the Domes Novos Santorini. The hotel is a short distance from the center of Oia and we made use of the free shuttle service daily. The campus is large but the staff was more than willing pick up my mother in a golf cart and take her wherever she wanted to go on site. The staff are incredibly responsive via whats app and were happy to arrange any transfers we requested.

The 2 star is for the staff, who were lovely, some information given was sparse or incorrect but overall they were very accommodating. The rooms were nice, we did have an issue with the cleanliness of the bedding on our first day but the hotel did get this changed. The rest of the stay was so disappointing, it really should be stated how close the road is to the hotel, it is advertised as a luxury, spa escape when all you want to do is escape the constant noise of the coaches/cars/motorbikes and quadbikes! Even with the room door fully closed the noise is still bad and the private pools are called "zen" pools but there is definitely no peace to be had. We did get a room move late in the day on our fourth day and it was more in the hotel so quieter, unfortunately you then got a lot of maintenance staff noise as you were sitting by your private pool, we were hoping to sit at the main pool but while described as large it only had 8 loungers there and was right outside the restaurant which felt odd. The evening meals, whilst lovely tasting were so limited on the half board basis, it barely changed all week bar 1 or 2 items and only 3 mains to choose from. Overall not at all relaxing and pretty stressful, not how we were hoping to spend our 20th Wedding Anniversary.

Really nice.. just can’t cope with more than three couples. Everything takes forever, literally everything. Staff are all lovely, they just can’t cope. Please try elsewhere with a resort able to deal with everyday needs like food. Shame I have to write this but save yourselves and enjoy all that Santorini has to offer without going hungry or thirsty.

We are wrapping up a week-long vacation, and words cannot describe how much we loved our stay here. The entire staff is constantly looking after everyone—courteous, responsible, and providing amazing service. The breakfast is wonderful, and the dinner is incredibly tasty and varied. It is a joy to start the day with Glikeria’s smile; she creates a welcoming atmosphere and truly cares, always ensuring every guest is satisfied. George is also a charming guy who keeps an eye on everything and looks after all the guests. The hotel rooms are spacious, and the beds are very comfortable—a crucial factor for any guest. The staff always checks in on everyone and is ready to help at a moment's notice. Above all, we felt the presence of Christopher, who makes a point of chatting with everyone and ensures guests feel they are in the best possible hands. The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh linens and towels, and they always leave water and a sweet treat—little touches that make staying at the resort feel just like being at home. It was a perfect vacation, and we are already looking forward to our next one just like it. Simon and Sigal.
