Aqua Deluxe

The good: A lovely hotel. The best thing about our stay was the staff who were fantastic - friendly and very helpful. They all seemed to work very hard. The food was also brilliant. We had never done all inclusive before but honestly we all loved the food - my 5 year old especially liked the pasta and sauce. The bad: The only downside really was the awful booming music coming from the speakers surrounding the pool. It really spoiled what would have otherwise been a perfect stay. It was so off putting we would go and use a different pool. When we were back at our room which over looked the pool I couldn’t read my book on the balcony or relax with a drink with my family because of the loud music which repeated around the same playlist. I don’t understand why hotels insist on playing loud music at a pool - you can’t relax, read or even play with my kid because even she was becoming sick of it. If any Aqua Deluxe management are reading this - please, please, please get rid of the awful loud music by the pool.

Fantastic stay for a week. Cocktails food and staff all excellent. Only negative was a sewage smell on the balcony of our room and the smell after rain was rather overwhelming. We were in the first floor overlooking the pool (room 423) The spa was simply wonderful and deserves a massive shout out! Especially to Daniella, Areti, and Lordanis all were fabulous. Lovely relaxing massages with attention to detail and fantastic hospitality. A massive thank you from Christine!!

Stayed from 21-24 October, so towards the end of the season and still a great atmosphere in the resort. Great location at the end of the main road of shops and restaurants plus 5 minute walk to the beach. Rooms a great standard. Very clean, always lots of cleaning being done including the sun beds and paths etc. Amazing staff who work so hard - special mention for Julian in the main bar/snack bar area who was so helpful and friendly. The free admission to the water park was a great bonus and the all inclusive applies to many items over there which works really well. Very very good value.

An honest review. Stayed between 10-17 October having paid £2.4k for a family of four flying from Newcastle. Room was a family room with partition area with two single beds. Large balcony overlooking the Aqua Deluxe Pool. Room 433. Rooms were clean modern and worked well for a family of 4. Large bathroom with walk in shower which had some really nice shampoos and body washes. Beds were very comfortable, even the singles were proper mattresses. Lots of storage. Balcony area was perfect. Large area overlooking the pool. For what we paid and after reading some of the reviews we didn’t expect much from the hotel but we were massively impressed. Main restaurant and staff were fantastic and after being here for a week we didn’t feel the need to eat out. Breakfast was excellent. Always fresh food coming out and lots of lovely fruit. Coffee and fresh orange juice at no extra costs. Lunch - wide selection of meats on offer, pizza and pasta served. Couldn’t fault it. Staff always asking if you would like a drink to the table. Dinner - again every type of meat on offer each evening with a different special on at the chefs area. Yes it might get repetitive if you are filling your plate with all types of meat every night but that would be the same if you ate at home. Desserts - plentiful and actually taste great. Ice creams on all the time for kids. Pool bar - massive thank you to Irdi who works his socks off at the deluxe pool bar. You can also get amazing Crepes from here. But Irdi is the star of the show - his Mojitos will have you asking for two next time you go to the bar. We also used the spa facilities and again it was great. Not the biggest but worth a visit to chill. Waterpark - free as a guest of the hotel. Well worth a visit. Evening entertainment is a hit or miss but we put this down to the end of the season. We did however stumble across a singer (big happy guy) in the Aqua Deluxe reception who was excellent. Played guitar to all the usual classics and got the crowd going.

This hotel is a breath of fresh air! Fantastic all inclusive food, clean spacious rooms, fantastic staff, waiter service at all meals….nothing too much trouble. Probably not the best location but a lovely walk into Zante town and a bus back with lots to see and do. We have been to many all inclusive hotels over many years and this surpassed all expectations. The spa is well worth a visit, and the facilities and cleanliness are top notch! Thank you!! Andy & Dee.
