Firstly wow the hotel from when you get there is beautiful outside, you are always greeted by someone friendly at the desk always willing to help you even if it’s local restaurant recommendations. The room is beautiful and so are the pools! Food and drink brilliant and not too expensive either. Any issue they will help. The hotel was so relaxing and quiet no issues felt like heaven. We had the pleasure of meet kosta who works here and he is fantastic, he cares so much about the people who stay here and looks out for everyone such a kind soul. This place, the staff and kosta made us want to come back again. Thank you for the holiday of a lifetime ♥️

Check in We booked 2 rooms 708 and 710. €70 each room. We got our keys earlier than check in. Friendly receptionist. Room We were on the shaded side. Sun came round to us about 3pm. There are plenty of other beds you can use if you want the sun. Room has a safe, small fridge and kettle. No cutlery (other than a small wooden spoon) for your brews. They leave complimentary, tea and coffee. Bed was comfortable, some reviews on here saying the mattress was hard. We slept really well. Air con in the room too. Bathroom in both rooms were wet rooms. Wet it was. After a shower the water stayed for ages. Slip hazard. They left complimentary shower gel, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, sewing kit, earbuds, nail file. Nice touch. Breakfast Couldn't comment as we didn't try it. But looked busy. Serving from 7am to 10am. We tried the pool bar food Kids enjoyed this. Location Really good, plenty of bars, restaurants and shops for your essentials. Was a lovely stay, despite the bathroom

Lovely hotel with super friendly staff. Rooms cleaned daily. Very comfy bed . Very clean . Lots of plug sockets. Near supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Beach approx 10 min walk . Only negative point really is would be nice to have a long mirror in room. Tips; cave bar, the bars (there are 3 or4) that are next to hotel. We shall return!

We have just come back from here and we stayed in 2 Swim Up rooms 723 and 726 ( sunny side rooms) My daughters 16 & 19 had their own room. We loved the rooms , Very clean and spacious . I would not have liked more than 2 people in a room just for the privacy aspect but that is my personal opinion. No full length mirror but we used the reflection off the windows outside for a full view - not a big negative as others have found. The Reception staff are lovely and breakfast has a large choice there is something everyone will like even my fussy 16 year old . The eggs are cooked to perfection. Overall I have seen some bad reviews but if you want a traditional Greek family run , full on entertainment accommodation - this is not for you. Cavo Suites has a chilled out quiet vibe which suited us on this holiday .

We have just checked out of this hotel so here is our sum up …. we arrived before check in time and was able to go straight to our room we had one of the ground floor rooms directly onto the pool. the room is clean and of decent size. You get two parts to the room the area with the bed sinks, toilets and shower then the sofa area leading on to the outside which has sliding privacy doors to the bedroom area. i’ve seen reviews regarding privacy and you have privacy nets on the windows you have black out curtains and you also have sliding wooden privacy panels, what more do you need ? the receptionists are both lovely friendly helpful gentlemen they remember what room you are in when leaving your key with them to leave the hotel and always greet you with a smile and happy to help you with any problems you have or need assistance with. One day we rented a quad and they made a phone call and with in 10 minutes they hire company came with the quad same with needing taxi from the airport ect… We even was able to get late check out at the cost of €50 which leaves you with your room the whole day if you have a late flight home like us. breakfast has a variety of hot foods from eggs, beans, potatos and mushrooms to cold items like yoghurts with fruits breads cheeses crackers and other vegetable items, the coffee is also nice from the machine along with the fruits juices on offer. Both sides of the hotel get sun one side in the morning and the other side in the evening we were on the that side and the evening sun was lovely. i would 100% return to this hotel it’s peaceful and we enjoyed our stay, thank you to the workers for being accommodating and making our trip enjoyable.
