King Jason Zante by Louis Hotels

Absolutely beautiful hotel up the hill from Tsilivi. The hotel itself is striking, the food excellent, all the staff super friendly and helpful. There is nothing to really find fault with. Some reviews commented on the lack of entertainment, but the low-key amount they do lay on, is entirely in keeping with the calibre and ambience of this hotel. If you want ‘Evening entertainment’, you shouldn’t stay here! My only comment, and is just my personal opinion - the hotel is in the wrong place…as good as it is, the rest of the nearby resort of Tsilivi is a marked step down in quality, and atmosphere - I’m talking picture board menus, Sky Sports everywhere, vape shops, amusement arcades, karaoke bars etc., king Jason stands out as an oasis of quality in an otherwise classic ‘Brits abroad’ resort.

Just completed our 3rd visit to the King Jason Zante Hotel that is now in the third season since opening. Not the cheapest of hotels for sure, but quality of service can be expensive. King Jason Zante offers value for money for the packages on offer. The Adult Only hotel location is sited on higher, sloping ground overlooking Tsilivi Bay. A relaxed, stress-free atmosphere prevails throughout the whole hotel, although be warned background aircraft noise is heard from the airport flightpath passing directly overhead throughout the day. A lot has happened and improvements have been made following the initial opening. Without doubt this 9-night visit just completed has excelled! I booked at short notice as a surprise for my wife's birthday. We had a Garden Villa which suited us ideally and was more appropriate for us than our previous swim-up rooms. It has to be said the Hotel Descriptions, made by Louis Marketing have now finally, truly reflected the completed hotel concept, the facilities on offer, services provided and it's deserved 5*AI recognition. Furthermore, the fabulous staff compliment at the hotel has now reached an optimum level of service right across the board. Friendly, efficient and professional in all departments. Nothing is too much trouble for them! Cleaners are constantly seen maintaining cleanliness everywhere. Bar staff always on hand at both Main and Pool Bars. Reception and porterage staff likewise to assist all guests. Managers are visible, proactive and very approachable in the event a problem has arisen. A few staff members have been retained across the three seasons, and received true recognition by well-deserved promotion, a true reflection of their leadership commitment and professionalism. The food offered in the Watergarden Main buffet restaurant is superb and on a daily changing dinner theme. Vegans, allergies and vegetarians are well catered for once reception are made aware of guest condition. Breakfast and lunch services are similarly superb. Pisco and Haroub a la carte restaurants have improved markedly and are highly recommended. Pre-booking is essential on these alternating speciality restaurants. Popular spa and gym facilities are available, although not personally used by either of us. Summarising, the King Jason Zante has finally now become a fabulous 5*AI-Adult Only resort offering a great selection of rooms, relaxation, terrific service and food offerings available. Highly recommended. We look forward to returning in 2027.

### A beautiful, modern hotel with exceptional service We are currently staying at King Jason Zante and are having an amazing time. The hotel is beautiful and modern, with stunning views and wonderfully tranquil surroundings. The rooms are spacious, stylish and have everything you could possibly need. The food is consistently excellent, and the whole hotel has a relaxed, chilled atmosphere. What really makes it special is the wonderful staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly and attentive, while George and the management team are always around, checking in and making sure you are happy. They genuinely cannot do enough for you. The hotel arranged a boat trip for us and prepared a beautiful picnic to take along, complete with wine, wraps, cheeses and lots of thoughtful extras. It was such a lovely touch and a perfect example of the exceptional service they provide. A fantastic hotel with beautiful surroundings, great food, amazing views and genuinely lovely staff. We are thoroughly enjoying our stay and would highly recommend King Jason Zante.
