Koukos Loft Apartments

The owner wasn't there—only the housekeeper. The place doesn't look like it does in the photos; it is much less well-equipped in every respect. The photos are taken in a way that is misleading. In my opinion, it is not worth booking.

Communication was excellent from the time of booking, with Alexandra, the owner of Koukos Lofts. She arranged for her housekeeper, Lola, to meet us upon our very early arrival in Tsilivi. Lola kept our luggage and even moved it upstairs to our loft, when the room was ready. Koukos is ideally located opposite Popeyes restaurant, a bus stop, medical emergencies, a pharmacy, supermarket and an amazing bakery - Tasty Art - which provided us with freshly baked pastries every morning. Lola cleaned our room every day, giving us fresh sheets. The bathroom was impeccable, with a walk-in shower. The terrace was nice, but too hot, except for early mornings or evenings. The kitchenette was provided with a hotplate, coffee machine, kettle and fridge. The AC was very welcome in the heat. Swim towels could be hired for the week. It was a 10-minute walk to the beach. Perfect acomodation. Clean room. Fully Renovation. .The owner was very helfull, The room was in the central of CHILIVI.. I have been in Koukos Loft twice and if the owner keep the same prices i will go there again

We had a beautiful time there. People were very open minded and willing to help. We get fantastic service, room was everyday cleaned. Perfect localisation in a real heart center of city close to the beach.. if we will ever back to Zakinthos that will be for sure to this apartment. ❤️thank you Alexandra for your fantastic work. We stayed at Koukos apartment for a week. The apartment was lovely, very pretty and clean. The housekeeper was very nice and friendly. The location was excellent, close to the beach and the main street. Parking is always available on the same street. I would definitely recommended it
