We stayed at Laganas Holiday Hotel for 5 days and had an amazing experience. The hotel itself is simple, but the service is what makes this place truly special. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Maria (blonde) and Maria (with light brown hair) at reception were always kind and helpful. Theodoro was excellent as well, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Ângela, who takes care of breakfast, and the lady who serves at the café, also made a huge difference with their warmth and attention. We also want to mention the housekeeping staff, who kept our room clean, organized, and welcoming throughout our stay. Everything was always in order, which added a lot of comfort to our stay. Thanks to this wonderful team, our stay in Zakynthos was unforgettable. I highly recommend Laganas Holiday Hotel to anyone looking for a place with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and excellent service.

Rooms are very clean, the staff are very friendly and attentive, would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was a mixed bag for us. Staff were excellent with Alexandra going out of her way to assist guests as best she can. Angela and the team in the pool bar, excellent service and food. Night time porter was very welcoming too. Cleaning staff were also excellent. Room was suitable to our needs but was a bit tired round the edges. Balcony with seating was good. Our view is hotel is more suited to young people not older couples as sadly woken between 4-6 am on a number of occasions but it is Zante at the end of the day! If you have a disability it’s not for you re location to strip.

Great hotel would stay again.
