Laganas Holidays Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Laganas Holidays Hotel! The location is great, the atmosphere is very welcoming, and the staff made our holiday even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to Angela at the pool bar — she is absolutely amazing! Always friendly, smiling, attentive and incredibly hospitable. She made us feel welcome from the very first day and always took great care of us. People like Angela really make a difference and turn a good holiday into a memorable one. Thank you for everything! We had a fantastic time and would definitely come back. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

absolutely shocking experience staying at this hotel for the week when we arrived place looked like it hadn’t ever been cleaned, free wifi was advertised when booking but did not work the entire week, when leaving i left an item in the room and phoned them not even an hour later asking if i could come back and collect it and i was told it wasn’t there. not sure if they just never bother cleaning the rooms anyway, if they’ve just kept my item for themselves or if they just can’t be bothered keeping things aside that have been left but either way i am furious. when phoning the hotel to ask about it the woman was extremely rude and unhelpful, this was a sentimental item that cannot be replaced and i will NEVER be staying here again. if you are coming to zante don’t bother booking with this hotel if you actually want to enjoy your stay.
