Laganas Holidays Hotel

Had a great time as usual. Been here a good few times. Air con €10 per night. Lots of toilet rolls. Plenty towels. Cleaners daily I think. Place is clean and cleaners are lovely. Pool is superb. Plenty sun loungers. Very quiet this time of year once the students have returned to uni. Plenty parking. Corner shop 2 mins walk. Main strip 2 mins walk. Beach 2 mins walk. Lovely balcony. Small charge for safe in room. The staff are lovely and will any thing for you. DO NOT LISTEN to the couple of negative reviews. If you don’t speak to the management then nothing will be done. So speak up if you’re annoyed stressed etc. 1 room had the tv blaring all night so the hotel team kindly dealt with it. Angela makes super great food at the pool side snack shack. She’s been there a few years. Very helpful friendly and knowledgeable on where to go visit etc. soft pillows and good mattresses. Hair dryer in room. Kettle in room. Place is very reasonably priced. Zante town a few € on the bus o the main strip. Sunbeds on beach are quite expensive - parasol from local shop €10. Definitely returning next year.

Well don’t listen to all the negative reviews. Yes may have an issue ie teenagers drinking at night but security deal with this promptly or repair issues outstanding. Cleaned more or less daily. Staff are lovely and if you have an issue speak to the manager who will resolve if possible. You get what you pay for. If you want 5 star book else where. Plenty parking. Angela and the team at the pool side shack are lovely and accommodating. Plenty sun loungers. This place is mainly older people and quiet. Yes summer months may be more busier. 2 mins walk from beach, strip and shops. I have reported a couple of repairs and they were carried out that morning. Don’t ask you don’t get. Air con € 10 a day. Small charge for security box which is in the rooms. Very quiet when we were there. Plenty free toilet roll and towels. Could do with more storage space is my only gripe. Definitely booking back up to return. Love our balcony above the reception. Tv in room. Maybe bring a small extension lead for all your electricals. Free WIFI. Free breakfast. Lots of books in reception for you to take.

The rooms are poorly maintained and the air conditioning is moldy. At night, groups of drunk youngsters party by the pool, and the security guard and staff completely ignore it, making it impossible to rest. Breakfast is the same every day with very little variety. The management’s attitude towards these issues is simply shameful.

This hotel is fab!! I stayed on my own and I felt safe at the hotel and it was in a good location at the bottom of the strip but far away enough not to hear any noise. The pool was really good and rarely very busy. Always sunloungers available. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. The other guests were all well behaved. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Amazing staff and service Alex the bar man amazing guy and makes the most amazing cocktails and is the friendliest person would definitely come back.
