he hotel is for undemanding clientele. The reception is reluctant. Kudos to the cleaner from building C, perfect cleaning! As for the food - breakfast is always the same. Lunches and dinners are different every day. Unclean beach like the hotels next door - lazy staff. I rate the hotel positively for undemanding clientele. Not suitable for children and demanding clientele! Next time I would prefer another hotel in Zakynthos. He hotel is 3*, no 4*

Found the hotel to be generally quite good for the price we paid. Decided against going all-inclusive, and settled on just the bed-and-breakfast. Rooms were air-conditioned nicely, beds were quite comfortable and the two pools served our needs well. Staff are attentive and rooms are cleaned daily. The sea being a stone’s throw away (photo attached from a sun lounger!) was really handy too. Zakynthos town is close enough that you can visit for the day a few times if you wish, but Argassi has plenty to do if you don’t want to travel. It’s €10 for a taxi into Zakynthos town - a fixed rate so no need to worry about being overcharged - and the walk of about 40 minutes is doable, though I personally found it quite unenjoyable due to the lack of pavements on the busy road. The hotel isn’t perfect of course. The breakfast offerings were quite poor, though there is a nearby bakery that serves nice pastries at a reasonable price. The rooms are very basic, but if you’re not planning on spending much time in the room, it does the job! Overall, the hotel meets the expectations of a 3-star offering. Its location is quite good, only a short walk to nearby bars, shops and restaurants. Most tour operators also offer pickups from the nearby church should you wish to do an activity and don’t wish to walk 15 minutes to the other pickup spot. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced location, I’d recommend Locanda.

Except from the friendly staff trying to do their best, this place is not a 4star hotel. Disaster! Katastrofa.... Never again. And authorities have to rate the property according to modern up to dated standards. Not even 2 star hotel for me personally
