Hi I booked this holiday hotel I see that alot of people left some comments about this hotel but you have to see it for yourself First of all is not a 3 stars is between 1 to 2 stars nothing like your see in the pictures hotel is very run down the beds are broken down old fashioned beds the food for breakfast lunch and dinner is very nasty in deed my family what came here didn't eat I the hotel they had to go out and eat everything is dry up or half cooked they need to improve this hotel when I Spock to the owner about she said they is nothing wrong with the food see needs to test her eyes out all the people I spoke to about the food said the same thing I paid £1800 for two people in the room two more people in a other room For this hotel was a joke is been 38.c almost every day this is supposed to be a all inclusive hotel but for the air conditioning for your room you have to pay $47 for the week ridiculous plus tourist tax $70 when you are leaving I will never come back to this hotel the food is suitable for a human the staff are not friendly so I didn't bother with them the only thing they look after is the pool nothing to eat in the night or drink so if you are looking to come to grease avoid this hotel don't make the mistake of paying a lot of money to stay here you will regret it It seems that everything you have to pay in this hotel in the pictures you can see that the hash browns what was for breakfast is been put out for snack time in the pictures you can see the place is all dry up only five types all food you can only pick from and fly's on the food

Headline: Fraudulent 4-star rating. This is a 2-star hotel at best.We arrived on August 8th, 2026, having booked an All-Inclusive package, expecting a 4-star standard. Instead, we received 2-star services.First, we were assigned to Building A. It has two floors with steep stairs and no elevator, making it very difficult to carry luggage. At check-in, we were shocked to be asked for an extra 7 euros per day for air conditioning, which is unacceptable for an all-inclusive resort.The room was terrible. The built-in wardrobe was tiny, narrow, and had no drawers. The two nightstands were in awful condition.The amenities and food were equally bad. The food quality was very poor and the menu repeated itself almost every day. The pool area is tiny; there are only 3 umbrellas, and 2 of them are broken. Finally, the room cleanliness was deeply disappointing. We actually had to go to the reception to request and push for proper cleaning.Avoid this place if you expect a true 4-star experience.

Fab location, the hotel is one a main road so best getting a sea view room , crossing the road is hard as cars etc zoomed past. Food is very average. Some nights they don't have whats on the menu. We had to eat out a few times. All my son has eaten is the chips which are served twice a week. The room is fine nice bed, nice shower. Air con is okay. Zante is beautiful and the weather all week has been sunny in the 30s. The staff are friendly and hard working
