New Beach Hotel

Loved this hotel staff wonderful rooms lovely and clean pool outside your door now the downside and the only reason i wont revisit until its sorted the hotel next door is not for us but they are allowed to use our pools and then the peace stops this is ridiculous because next door is an all inclusive and a lot cheaper yet they are allowed to bring there food and drinks into the new beach hotel and use the pool and beds of the new beach this needs to be stopped surely

Over the moon to be somewhere that's so incredibly peaceful for rest and relaxation. It's exactly what we (mum and daughter) wanted. It is a little piece of heaven. The staff are genuinely kind and helpful. We got everything we requested. The bed is so comfortable and buttery soft. When we arrived we found the hotel through a gate into a beautiful mature garden. After a good night's sleep (in our quiet and temp controlled room), a waterfall shower and a delicious breakfast (thrilled to discover a cooked breakfast on offer alongside the continental), we discovered the beach is just behind the hotel! Love our ground floor terrace by the pool. Birds singing and we spotted lizards, bees and butterflies! Flowers still in bloom in October. We are hikers, garden and wildlife lovers so are content. Constructive feedback: we had plenty of wardrobe space (thank you for the extra hangers) but no where to put our underwear, I left mine in my suitcase. A small chest of drawers or wardrobe organisers? Rubber dots on the soles of our slippers, because they were slippery when I accidentally got mine wet, coming out of the shower. A fluffy bathmat would be luxurious instead of using a foot towel. Thank you New Beach Hotel! We hope to return!

Room very nice - would have been better if it was cleaned. Bathroom sink only ever wiped dry, no product used to get rid of everyday toiletry residue (soap, toothpaste etc) Shower screed never once cleaned. it just had dried water stains the whole 2 weeks we were there. Light bulb hanging out of ceiling in the bedroom. Breakfast was really nice. Pool - grass not cut and quite high round the sunbeds. Pool had wooden decking that was rotten in places. Most uncomfortable chairs ever on the balconies.

I have never felt compelled to leave a review before but I cannot fault this wonderful hotel and beauty spot. The staff went above and beyond to give us the best holiday. The rooms were beautiful, the breakfast delicious and the setting perfect. Tip-the beach nearby isn’t the best but it’s a mere 10 minute walk to the most stunning beach. Also you can get a really good dinner for 5 euros a head in local grill round the corner. The kids loved the gyros! The waterpark was such fun and surprisingly peaceful. I would recommend this holiday to anyone- it was one of the most beautiful places I have ever been and certainly one of the nicest hotels. Thank you for the most wonderful holiday.

Really nice place very clean and well maintained. Nice area around the pool , good breakfast although you could also go into the other hotel next door for buffet breakfast . Close to beach and in a really good location with shops and bars just minutes away
