New Beach Hotel

Well I was going to give a negative review about this hotel as it didn't quite match the picture on jet2 website. On our arrival we were to say the least disappointed not what we were expecting but after a day or so we actually enjoyed it. Positives, great location, on arrival free bottle of Rose and fresh fruit, bed comfortable, shower great, fridge in your room bottle of water supplied every day ,breakfast was ok continental breakfast but you could order off the menu. Fresh pool or beach towels when ever you want staff extremely helpful and friendly . Negatives I would not give this hotel 4 star its tired and decking needs replacing and pool not great nothing like the picture advertised also 50 euros to pay on arrival because they say its 4 star .Grass needed cutting, scruffy area at the front of hotel as you walk out to the beach .The free hotel sunbeds down the beach were tatty would not use them .

An excellent weeks stay with wife and daughter (9) at end of July. Rooms - We had junior suite which was modern with excellent shower. Balcony space was spacious relative to other hotels in the area. Food - Breakfast was a mix of buffet (fruit, pastries and nice breads) and limited cooked options which were presented v well. Tea and coffee were provided via the waitresses. A special mention to the fabulous Linda - top class service and someone who represented the hotel v well. Constructive feedback - (1) There was no music around the pool & bar area. I understand some like it quiet but we felt the area lacked atmosphere. (2) Sometimes there were a mix of birds and wasp-like flys at breakfast. A large fan in the area would discourage that. Overall - Would visit again. Defo recommend.

For a venue in just the right location , with great beaches , bars and restaurants nearby ; this could be so much better with just a couple of tweaks and extra care + attention to detail ! But before those specifics - might I say everyone of the staff are friendly , caring and are determined to help everyone have a fantastic holiday . Well done all and thank you ! However , the owners have aspirations of a high grade A La Carte food provision and have a menu and restaurant plan setting that out - even for breakfast ! It's just too fussy , slow and complicated . Coffee comes from one building / food from another site / and a couple of fried eggs & bacon takes ages and is set out and displayed as if on a TV foodie programme . Please get back to basics and a simple breakfast buffet , with a toaster machine and a coffee machine with guest access . Cut the grass on the lawn and especially along the very weed covered pathway edges / clean the pool side edges and around the drains & filters / install a draught beer in the bar and provide sets of games ( backgammon / chess / draughts / cards / monopoly etc ) to encourage guests to meet , mix and chat together .... otherwise there is no communal or community area to engage with others . You can have a pleasant break here ;- but it could be so much better .

Loved this hotel staff wonderful rooms lovely and clean pool outside your door now the downside and the only reason i wont revisit until its sorted the hotel next door is not for us but they are allowed to use our pools and then the peace stops this is ridiculous because next door is an all inclusive and a lot cheaper yet they are allowed to bring there food and drinks into the new beach hotel and use the pool and beds of the new beach this needs to be stopped surely

Over the moon to be somewhere that's so incredibly peaceful for rest and relaxation. It's exactly what we (mum and daughter) wanted. It is a little piece of heaven. The staff are genuinely kind and helpful. We got everything we requested. The bed is so comfortable and buttery soft. When we arrived we found the hotel through a gate into a beautiful mature garden. After a good night's sleep (in our quiet and temp controlled room), a waterfall shower and a delicious breakfast (thrilled to discover a cooked breakfast on offer alongside the continental), we discovered the beach is just behind the hotel! Love our ground floor terrace by the pool. Birds singing and we spotted lizards, bees and butterflies! Flowers still in bloom in October. We are hikers, garden and wildlife lovers so are content. Constructive feedback: we had plenty of wardrobe space (thank you for the extra hangers) but no where to put our underwear, I left mine in my suitcase. A small chest of drawers or wardrobe organisers? Rubber dots on the soles of our slippers, because they were slippery when I accidentally got mine wet, coming out of the shower. A fluffy bathmat would be luxurious instead of using a foot towel. Thank you New Beach Hotel! We hope to return!
