Olea All Suite Hotel

That was our second time at Olea, after a few years of travelling through best of Greek non-ordinary hotels. And Man, what a good decision that was! To start with the Hotel - it looks like there have been more places like this opened, but nevertheless, the timeless modern look is not that easy to be copied. Also unique place around an olive garden, gives you the calm you'll be looking for. Classy-looking rooms oferring you all you need and with a small dose of passing time (it's not a perfect-plastic room, get over it). There was an issue with wifi in one of the rooms, so we were moved to another room in a second. The food, oh my! I went through some of the reviews here - honestly, can't really understand what's going on with those who rated food here anything below excellent. It's a GREEK hotel, serving what they know best, with an addition of mediterrain/middle eastern cuisine and a bit of other stuff. For anyone even barely familiar with good food from anywhere across the world, the offer of main restaurant is an obvious pro. I would say breakfast offer is good, maybe some speciality coffee options would be good to add; at the same time, the food offer above the eggs of your choice is enormous. Now, going for half board would be a good choice, because what happens in the evening is the real art. Food coma guaranteed. And it's only one restaurant's offer. The pools are something else here too - I believe different temperatures are in each of them, so you can enjoy basically every kind of weather. There's no crowd (at least in October when weather is bearable for someone like me). The gym is quite small and therefore limited - I was running around the island anyway, so no worries here, but if you're a gym freak, book this in advance (there's an app, very useful for introverts like me). Last but not least, as this is a part of the trip that is very often a decider - the staff. Everyone was again extremely helpful and friendly. Again, no plastic here, this place is authentic and I believe enjoyable as a place to work in. Some of the Olea crew even remembered us after a few years away, that was so awesome! If anyone form the crew reads it, THANK YOU GUYS. if anyone reads reviews as you're not sure - book the trip. It's totally worth it.

The stay was really fantastic, the hotel team left nothing to be desired, was always very friendly and made the stay perfect. The extensive breakfast buffet was a daily highlight, the suites are spacious with a fantastic view - room service several times a day. The pool area was unique, as was the entire hotel area! Great attention was paid to hygiene, which ensured a special feel-good factor in the hotel suites

The most idyllic location with attentive, 5 star service and some of the most incredible food I’ve ever eaten. One of my favourite parts was the spa experience with Helen – was incredibly relaxing and and I felt zen throughout. 10/10, can’t wait to come again.
